1 year ago Positive experience: Great facilities and venue especially for a quieter swim than the Ballarat pool. Having said that, the supervisory staff need to be much more proactive with the adolescent kids. Attended 9/2 and staff allowed group of 3 boys (unsupervised) to bomb, swear and annoy younger swimmers to the point some families left, as well as some lap swimmers needed to ask the boys to stop agitating them in the swimming lane. Staff were seen watching and smiling at the boys antics but not forcing them to settle down. This particular group of 3 boys are regulars to the pool. It’s not up to parents watching their own kids to monitor the behaviour of kids attending without parent supervision.

4 years ago Positive experience: A pool and a gym. The showers are frustrating as you have to keep pushing the button to keep water flowing. The staff are friendly. They don't seem to be well organised with all the batteries in the lockers flat. Surely it's not that hard to replace batteries? I joined in January and I still dont have my membership card in July!
