Fantastic experience: Since I joined the gym (which I had never done before in Australia), I shifted from an evening person to a morning person which I never ever can imaged before. It absolutely gives me more energy to address the daily jobs. The vibe of the workout is fantastic. All the group members are friendly, helpful and inspirational, the tough workout isn't that hard anymore, actually I found a lot of fun. Thanks Allison and your team, thanks for all the members given me those support. Fitquest360 is the place you should join to strengthening your body and soul.

Her boutique gym, Fitquest360, is testament to her commitment to improving the heath, strength and well being of her clients: for every one of us. We are a community. A family. And she cares. She is passionate about training at all levels and modifies exercises to suit individual injuries and restrictions. Fantastic experience: A great non-judgemental community with a supportive atmosphere

Fantastic experience: Allison at Fitquest360 is fantastic. She has developed a community that is beyond a fitness group, it is a family. There is always 100% support and no judgement in the gym. The super fit guys and gals treat those of us who struggle with weight and fitness as equals, we’re all there to improve ourselves. There are no egos, only support and (dare I say it) love at this gym. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I love being a part of a gym Family!! Allison caters for everyone if you want to tone up, loose some excess kgs, pump some weights or a Zoom online HIIT classe all while being in a safe unjudged environment! Fitquest360 is the place!

Fantastic experience: I love being part of the Fitquest360 community over the last 5 years. I love participating in small group cardio and weight sessions where I can increase my fitness levels at my own pace. Allison is a wonderful coach who inspires me to do my best, ensures I am doing the correct techniques and actually cares about my fitness goals and journey. I cannot recommend ths fitness group highly enough.

Fantastic experience: Alli is fantastic she has created such a community you can feel part of, and as a member who has limitations due to injuries she is able to still give me a cracking workout with alternatives.

Fantastic experience: I have been training at fittest 360. It is a welcoming environment where everyone supports each other no matter what your fitness level. There are always some alterations Allison can make to ensure you have a good workout. Thanks Allison for supporting us through the years and sticking with us through the covid pandemic. I am looking forward to getting back to the gym again once lockdown ends.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely Love Allison and the Fitquest community ! I’m actually a personal Trainer myself and I could not recommend Allison enough .. Every trainer NEEDS a Trainer and I have finally found the one .. Not only has she helped me with my fitness goals , she has also been a wonderful Mentor throughout.. Great communicator, always listens , and really attends to those needs and wants .. I have also loved helping Ali train some of her clients through Zoom.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience with Ali and Mel at Fitquest. I wanted a PT session regularly via Zoom for convenience and they run fabulous sessions online. Already made a huge difference to my fitness in my first month! Totally Recommend for in person or online fitness sessions.
