An integrated school teaching various forms of movement, Martial Arts, yoga, meditation, and mindfulness with an overall objective of empowerment. At the core, we teach the arts of combat. Self-defence. The way we teach it increases self-discipline, strength, flexibility, mindset, co-ordination, as well as many other benefits. We are a non-sportive community, with a focus on both combat effectiveness and personal development. We aim to push the mind, body, spirit, and overall awareness of each member. The instructors have extensive training and teaching experience, which has seen them engaging with local groups, primary and secondary schools, local communities through to Japan and international festivals We are a comunity-focused club.

Fantastic experience: Had some of my best memories at Fudoshin Ryu. Great advice, great coaching and great family atmosphere. And still to this day I remember a lot of what was taught to me, Soke Tony Ball really made a very positive impact on my life and for that I’m forever greatful

Negative experience: Unfortunately my interactions with this group was sadly quite horrid. There was intimidation and a lack of respect shown to me, as well as people I know. Maybe they are good teachers though
