Fantastic experience: I went here to do some boxing training with Jack Chapman and we did some fun boxing. The coach was very cool and funny and awesome and great and kind and caring and respectful and responsible and awesome sauce and was as cool as a cucumber. Fantastic experience: Fantastic. My son has been her for six weeks and is really enjoying himself and showing consistent improvement. Kevin, the senior coach, is rather unassuming but does an excellent job with the individual skill levels. He has taught the various kids to integrate with the differing levels of experience so our son can still spa even though he is very new. The best thing is the understanding and acceptance of self-discipline. Thank you, Kev.

I have also noticed that my stress levels have gone down and I am about to focus better on daily things. Not only that, I have lost weight at feel much healthier since I first started.
