Fantastic experience: Awesome gym, great facilities and good equipment. The cardio equipment is state of the art with huge touch screens for entertainment while working out. Staff are really friendly. There's plenty of parking available and 24hr access for members is great. Having 2 gyms on opposite sides of Ballarat makes it easier to get in either close to my home or close to my work.

Fantastic experience: D2E was my first gym, been training for almost 9 years and was my daily for this entire period, i recently relocated to Queensland and its put into perspective how much the owners Eric and Mel put into their business after experiencing other gyms, just the little things like etiquette, cleanliness and support from the entire team, best gym ive ever had the pleasure of experiencing, keep killing it guys and thankyou for the many years I was able to enjoy it

Fantastic experience: d2E is an excellent gym! From day one I’ve always felt welcomed - no awkwardness. Eric & Mel are totally friendly and always looking to improve the gym environment. Staff are outstanding- always polite and helpful with anything you need. Facilities are kept clean. A big shout out to Derek & Millie - total legends!

Fantastic experience: Have Trained here for 3 years now on and off trying other gym and have ended back at D2E due to the welcoming nature of the place, excellent staff, great infrared sauna, whilst working shift work being able to use the gym 24/7 most of all the gym is locally owned, Eric and Mel are two of the best people you’ll ever meet.

Fantastic experience: Great gym with an awesome atmosphere! The staff are friendly and supportive, and the culture really motivates you to push your limits. Big shoutout to Derek and Jake - both are incredible personal trainers who know how to get results and keep you inspired. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: This gym is great I have gone for about 4 months and it does not disappoint the staff members are so supportive I am 15 and they are so kind always there to offer support when I need it the equipment is great and everyone there is so nice 5/5 love this gym definitely won’t stop going!!

Positive experience: Awesome gym! Heaps of space, friendly staff and it's great being around people that are genuinely into it. With one caveat, it's great when the weather is decent. During Winter it can be an ice box.

Negative experience: Super cold environment, extremely unpleasant, I super set with no breaks, can't keep the warmth in the body, inflammation suffers as a result if you're serious about training and actually take it seriously id suggest derrimut Ballarat as an option less than half the price of this place, equipment is NEW no tears or plates that don't actually weight what they say () not too mention derrimuts free sauna for members compared to the cash grab sauna at d2e which you need to pay per use... Enough said

Negative experience: Super cold environment I train way harder than anyone there so sweat was dripping, super set beast with nxt to no rest time between sets with scary amount of volume if you’re serious about training this ISNT a gym for you, derrimut is WAY cheaper and you get LOTS more for your money inc FREE sauna for members, this joint was pox

Fantastic experience: I find training here is perfect for me, Im here a few times a month dong strength training and I find the staff very helpful and members are always there to lend a hand when needed.

Negative experience: I really like this gym. It’s clean, tidy and welcoming. However I have to admit I’m quite disappointed with the customer service. My friend and myself arrived to the North location. Website advised staffed until 7, we rocked up, no staff, door advised closes at 6. Rang the other main location. Guy on the phone apologised admitting the website is incorrect for the north location and that their main one is staffed until 7. Advised we were heading over and that we would do our best to get there by 7. Rock up just before 6:50 and the door is closed, no staff in sight. As a fellow receptionist I am disappointed considering we had made contact and were advised of the hours. Shame for such a lovely gym otherwise! ;(

Fantastic experience: This is a great place. It has a nice low key vibe, very family friendly, super friendly staff. It has am amazingly huge play area for the kids to have fun so I can get a proper workout in. They've also cultured a really amazing environment to the point, other gym goes don't seem to mind if my kids have a but of a melt down moment. It just accepted. I very highly recommend this gym, especially if you're a parent with kids and noone to watch them.

Fantastic experience: If you want to improve yourself this is the place, the staff have a great attitude and so does everyone in the gym. Everyone was doing their own version of the best they can it was heartwarming to see. If you shower here though make sure you bring a clothes hook as there are no shelves in there

Fantastic experience: I just moved away from Ballarat and I didn’t realise how awesome D2E is till I tried other gyms in my new area. This place was incredible - good price, massive gym with plenty of room and machines, really friendly staff and people who train there, the owner pops in and is super friendly always says hello. I just cancelled due to moving and it was so easy and simple, was cancelled over the phone that day with no fees. I honestly want the guys who own these gyms to take over one in Werribee (please!!!) because no gym here comes close. Thanks so much guys for having such a great gym. If your in Ballarat, you are super lucky!!

Fantastic experience: Seriously epic gym. Eric is hands on as owner, an absolute gentleman and keeps things real. Coming from Fitness First in Melbourne and Sydney, this place is miles ahead with equipment, staffing, cleanliness and friendliness second-to-none. Membership pricing is great value too, $600 for a year up front or many Flexi and shorter term options. Or $7 for a casual visit. Keep up the brilliant efforts guys.

Fantastic experience: The BEST gym i've EVER trained at... and i've been training for over 30 years. The owners Eric and Mel are SUPER friendly, encouraging and supportive. Their approach is reflected in their excellent staff and knowledgable (and approachable) trainers. In an already superbly equipped gym, they are constantly adding new equipment and upgrading in their ongoing quest to provide the best training environment for their members. Superb.

Fantastic experience: I have trialled about 5 gyms in Ballarat and thus by far the best! Cheapest and best set up! I cannot fault the $7 casual walk in visit. Great Cali set up for those who like diversity! Would give 6 stars for the friendly staff.
