Negative experience: Old gym, rusty, grease everywhere, owner is weird, ended my membership after 3 months because it was just boring and not up to standard like D2E or Anytime. 0/10.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic privately owned gym. I’m by no means a “gym” person but Jarrod has made me feel welcome from the moment I began earlier this year. Very friendly vibe! Massive range of equipment, which Jarrod happily helps nuffies like me to use safely.

Negative experience: Absolutely horrible service! I’ve been trying to call them to say that I can’t come in to cancel my membership and there’s been no answer for months, the last time I spoke to anyone they told me that the only way I can cancel is to come in, yet I’m 7 hours away and they’ve taken my money for the past 2 years

Fantastic experience: JRod Fitness is the best gym in Ballarat. The gym is clean, has all the machines you would need, and also has heaps of extra floor space. The management of this gym, by Jarrod, makes it easily the best gym in Ballarat. It's also super affordable! Wouldn't go anywhere else.
