Fantastic experience: Very welcoming and encouraging environment, open to everybody but is especially great in providing an achievable and welcoming safe space for parents and mamas in particular. You are welcome and encouraged to bring your kids to make your health and fitness goals doable and achievable. The owner is passionate, present and leads with lived experience. Great community vibe, classes are as hard as you need them , and supported 1:1 training is also available. Highly recommend !
