Fantastic experience: A clean spacious place with easy parking - but that is secondary to the attentive, helpful staff who motivate and push if indicated without being pushy. The team are excellent - well qualified and professional but low key in their supervision - not a noisy gym with loud music and shouted encouragement - it is an adult workout place. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Referred for rehab after a leg fracture and have thoroughly enjoyed coming to this gym. I have never been a gym person but this one is different. Groups of 8 to a class, an exercise physiologist with the right balance of attention and independence. Everyone follows their own program.
