EMF Health Club Circular Quay

Negative experience: Not the best Pilates instructors; Also, club started taking funds from my bank account again this April - I left the club months ago after they closed the club temporarily.

Fantastic experience: Mai is an absolute powerhouse of a coach! Her energy is contagious, and her passion for what she does shines through in every single class. She explains each movement with clarity, always tells us which muscles we’re working, and makes sure our form is spot-on to prevent injury. I’ve never felt more supported, motivated, or confident in my fitness journey. I’m seeing real changes in my body and mindset, and I genuinely look forward to every session. Walking out of her classes, I feel stronger, empowered, and ready to take on the world. If you get the chance to train with Mai, take it — she’s one of a kind!

Fantastic experience: I started training with Mai last year through the corporate classes and after I moved to another company I continued going to her group classes weekly, she gave very good feedback and I could see huge improvement since I joined. The gym facility is also the best, snow room, sauna, massage chair, individual room of showers all amazing

Fantastic experience: This gym is really top, you don’t see many in Sydney with the quality of staff, equipment, cleanliness and variety of additional services (sauna, snow room etc). Would highly recommend if you are looking for a gym in the CBD.

Fantastic experience: This being my first month of training with Mai at EMF Circular Quay gym, I can confidently say it has been an absolute game-changer for my fitness journey. While I've had a few sessions with other personal trainers at various gyms in the past I ultimately chose to train with Mai due to her passion for fitness and her wealth of experience in the fitness industry (20+ years!). Mai listens attentively to my needs and goals, and could always recall small details I share with her. Her personalised approach has allowed her to create a fitness plan tailored precisely to exactly what I was looking for! In just a few sessions, I am already amazed at how just minor adjustments makes all the difference. Each workout sessions now feels more intentional and remarkably more effective. Mai also offers an online training app that makes it easy to track my progress, log workout sessions, and stay on top of my nutrition goals. Its user-friendly interface provides a convenient all-in-one solution. I can't recommend Mai highly enough – her positivity and dedication shines through, and I'm looking forward to continuing my training journey with her!

Fantastic experience: EMF Sydney is a premium gym. Great facilities and equipment given the small floor size in comparison to their other locations. The shower and change room facilities are beautiful and I like the added complimentary towel service as well. Certainly something we don't get at other EMF's in Queensland. While the gym stocked good equipment, they don't have it all. I found that they did not have a reverse hyperextenion or hip extension machine but all in all a great place to workout and be a member of.

Fantastic experience: We go to EMF on the Gold coast and visited Sydney and this is just as good. Staff are great and friendly. Convenient location, good facilities, amazing equipment, hits every mark
