With an intimate reformer Pilates room, HIIT boxing classes, an exceptionally equipped workout floor, remedial massages and an infrared sauna, it has something for everyone’s liking and for every mood. Fantastic experience: I have found SOMA by chance when I have moved to Sydney and I can say that I was addicted straight away! State of the art facilities, friendly staff and personal trainers always available to help you out. The small classes and intimate settings are ideal to make you feel comfortable. The trainers are always keeping an eye on your form to perform at your best. The variety of classes keeps me motivated and brings new challenges all the time (when you think you are killing it at reformer, and the next class makes your legs burn so much that you want to cry!). Did I mention the infrared sauna? Perfect recovery after Franco’s killer Saturday Session!

Fantastic experience: SOMA is a privately owned and run gym by two Personal Trainers - Simon and Franco. This shows in a number of ways - their well thought out concept, their attention to detail and their friendly customer service. I love their personal training sessions, the group circuit classes and to finish the week with a Pilates Class. The gym has a great luxury yet relaxed vibe. Their shower and locker facilities (like the rest of the gym) are first class and are always sparkling clean.

The classes are small in size, ensuring you get help with your technique and the trainers are motivating and put together challenging programs. The personal training is also a highlight and is worth a go in order to get great results for your body type. Highly recommend!

After a morning at SOMA I feel energised, relaxed and ready to take on my day. Very convenient location in the CBD of Sydney so easily accessible during lunchtime hours or before/after work. Unpretentious, results driven and wellness focused. Love it. Will visit every time I am in Sydney for work, if you work in the city this is hands down the best gym in the CBD.
