Fantastic experience: Fitstop Gympie is an incredible gym with a genuinely supportive and encouraging team. The owners and staff have created a welcoming, fun, and team-focused environment that makes training enjoyable. I was new to the area and nervous to start, but I’ve felt nothing but kindness and support from day one. They’ve gone above and beyond to accommodate me during my pregnancy and postpartum journey, and I’m so grateful to have found such a positive community. The workouts strike a great balance between strength and anaerobic training, keeping things challenging and engaging. I couldn’t recommend Fitstop Gympie more highly!

Fantastic experience: The team at fitstop are so welcoming and supportive. It wouldn’t be possible for many mums to workout without the amazing crèche, and all the caring staff who help out where they can. We love fitstop!!

Fantastic experience: Gympie Fitstop has truly felt like my second home since it first opened! Each morning, I kickstart my day with a 6am session led by Coach Sez, who has not only helped me improve daily but continues to challenge and guide me towards new goals and achievements , even when I didn't think it was possible. Tilly and Dan, the owners of Fitstop, have been nothing short of amazing over the past year and a half. They’re always positive, approachable, and deeply involved in providing a strong sense of community and team spirit within the Fitstop family.I feel all the coaches at fitstop are well educated and supportive to all no matter the level experience you may have in the gym. I also want to mention how welcoming and supportive all the members are – it’s truly a tight-knit and encouraging community. Wouldn’t want to train anywhere else

As a member of fitstop Gympie since day 1 I can definitely day it is a Great gym, with a great team and all round great fun! Tilly, Dan and the team have built a fantastic, professional environment that is welcoming to all fitness levels. The fitstop programming provides a great variety of strength and conditioning workouts as well as support/tracking your fitness progress and benchmarking. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: A gym to build strength and conditioning. Very friendly coaches and community within the gym. Clean facilities with an awesome creche and bathrooms including showers. Highly recommend for any fitness level and age group.
