F45 Training Sydney CBD Aurora

Negative experience: First class cancelled. Second class booked in the studio was closed - no instructor turned up. Terrible track record...certainly won't be coming back for a 3rd time!

Fantastic experience: F45 O'Connell Street is hands down the best gym training and fitness environment that I've experienced in Sydney. Jess is an awesome trainer, who strikes the perfect balance between supporting your fitness goals and pushing you to dial it up to reach your potential. The administration and flexibility that is available is also fabulous. Class numbers are not overcrowded which makes training enjoyable and more personable. Highly recommend joining this studio #goteamoconnell

Negative experience: For god's sake please STOP texting me. I have tried to opt out several times and you keep sending me text messages. Surely this is illegal. I would like to be taken off all marketing for F45 O'Connell St, please contact me to rectify this.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of F45 O'Connell St for over 2 years now and I am still loving it every day! The current trainers, Kalin and Jess are fantastic. They are always on hand to correct technique and push when you are having a slack day. This is a really friendly gym and after many years at Fitness First and other big name gyms, I can't imagine going back. Also - don't be scared - the workouts suit all levels! Love it!

Fantastic experience: I've been searching for a cross-fit gym to call home, and this is it. The trainers Jess and Kalin are nothing short of amazing. Very helpful, motivating, and friendly. All other members are sociable too, and no-one is better than anyone here, LOVE IT!

Fantastic experience: F45 O'Connell street is a fantastic place to train and a genuine community. My partner and I train five times a week and after trying a number of other training regimes are massive fans of F45 and O'Connell Street in particular. Kalin and his team are great trainers and make everyone feel super welcome.
