Fantastic experience: My husband and I have been working with Molly for 5 months and she has been great! Her little garage gym is just down the road from us which makes it easy. She sets us such a diverse range of exercises, and she changes things up every week. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Humane Fitness is so much more than a place to come and work out. Molly, the instructor, is a wealth of knowledge and super supportive. She genuinely cares about the success and growth of all of her clients and has created a community of like-minded and friendly people with a focus on our individual goals. Molly believes in a holistic approach to health and you definitely get your bang for your buck with the supportive messages, weekly check ins and links to helpful videos. Fantastic experience: Molly has been my personal trainer for several months and to say she is awesome is an understatement. She has a knack for pushing her clients to challenge their self-imposed limits, while also maintaining a fun and supportive fitness environment. I used to dread going to the gym until I met Molly, now I actually look forward to every training session with her. Molly's genuine interest in the welfare of her clients truly shows in every interaction I've had with her. Whether you're attending a PT session or a group fitness class, Molly will tailor your exercises to suit your needs. She will also check in with you weekly to help you stay accountable and on track with your goals. Aside from being a trainer, Molly is also a dietitian. So if you're looking to cut through the noise of toxic diet and fitness culture, then look no further!

Fantastic experience: For the first time I actually look forward to group fitness classes! Molly is very knowledgeable when it comes to strength training and form and gives me confidence that I am doing each movement correctly. Classes are always fun and full of good vibes- I love how they're focussed around getting stronger and feeling good rather than weight loss or aesthetics. Each week is a tailored program and never gets boring or monotonous. Molly and the other class members are always supportive and encouraging. Definitely recommend Humane Fitness!

Fantastic experience: I have also never felt comfortable in a gym setting until meeting Molly! Her classes are something I look forward to each week and she has helped me become stronger, physically and mentally. She is your coach, but also a friend when you need one! :)

Fantastic experience: Molly has been incredible in making exercise less intimidating and more accessible for me. She’s also really knowledgeable when it comes to nutrition and has shared some really helpful tips and tricks that have kept me on track.
Fantastic experience: I have been seeing Molly for about 10 months now. and Molly is very knowledgeable and helpful. Always so bubbly and enthusiastic. I started see her when I was unable to do my normal exercises at home. Molly changed the class to take into account my injury and build up strength in other areas to help my injury as well strengthening and conditioning. The class are kept small, fun and personal. I am Thoroughly enjoying the results I am seeing with your Training. Highly recommended☺

Fantastic experience: Molly is a fantastic PT. She is professional, yet supporting and understanding in her approach. She takes into account any limitations with your body and ensures she addresses them. I would strongly recommend using her if you want to start feeling better about your body or just want to tone up!

Fantastic experience: Strength training is not my strong point and I’ve never felt comfortable in a gym setting. Working out with Molly has been such an enjoyable experience one I continue to look forward to. She understands my strengths and weaknesses and makes sure my workouts are beneficial and safe. Fantastic experience: I've been trying to incorporate regular exercise into my life for what feels like 5 years now with no success.. seeing Molly has been a game changer. Molly tailors all sessions to suit me: making the work out easy enough (this includes modifying exercises if i am having a really off day) that i don't feel useless/really unfit but sufficient enough i have seen changes with my bodies capabilities. I have always hated the gym but Mollys gym feels like home because we always have a good yarn, laugh and the air is fresh (no yuck gym smell!) I would highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Hello unfit people I have tried for years to find a great PT, someone that is patient and listens to both what I need and what my body needs without slam dunking me into total lactic exhaustion. Well I found my PT in Humane Fitness - Molly She is amazing. At 57 I still have a chance to get fit and get out there for 2022 and feel fabulous

Fantastic experience: It's so nice to find a fitness option that is about the fun and joy of moving your body; not about burning calories and losing weight. Molly keeps the small group classes interesting, with good variations. You can see your progress in technique and strength, which she helps you achieve through encouragement, not guilt. More than just training, Molly is also a university qualified dietician, so she can help you develop and achieve wholistic health goals. The best thing is that it's all focused on improving health and happiness, not about taking up less space or weighing less - if that happens, it's a side-effect, not the end goal. Class prices are outrageous value for money, and classes are in the afternoon, not the morning - which is perfect for me, (and very hard to find in the fitness world).

Fantastic experience: 100/10 Molly helped me prep for a BJJ comp and she was so supportive and gave a lot of great advice and tips. She really makes you feel comfortable and confident when working out, no matter what your fitness levels are.
