Fitstop Ocean Grove

Fantastic experience: Fitstop OG isn’t just a gym to me. It’s not just a place to shape the body. It’s a place to transform the mind. It has taught me discipline, patience & persistence. It’s my escape from the daily stresses in life. Whether I am angry, sad, frustrated or anxious, as soon as I enter the gym, all this disappears for that moment because of the incredible trainers and members who greet, love, train and teach me. The focus becomes improving yourself. For me, Fitstop OG is not just a gym. It’s my sanctuary.

Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic first experience at Fitstop Ocean Grove today! Ash was an incredible instructor – incredibly encouraging, welcoming, and provided clear and concise demonstrations of all the exercises. The gym itself is spacious and well-equipped, catering perfectly to both beginners and experienced fitness enthusiasts. I highly recommend checking it out!

Fantastic experience: I switched to Fitstop after being at a traditional gym for the past three years. I found I was in a rut and was becoming bored with the same old routine. Since making the switch though I’ve found myself enjoying coming to the gym again. The group classes hold you more accountable and really make you push yourself. Could not recommend Fitstop enough, a really fantastic gym.

Positive experience: I almost didn’t join Fitstop because it wasn’t a gym you could drop into any time to hit the tready or do your own thing. Now I’m obsessed with Fitstop. I love how the sessions are always different, everything is planned, it’s a great balance between strength and cardio, the community is non-judgemental. A year in, at 56, I’m fitter than I’ve ever been and staying that way thanks to Fitstop is fun. If you’re hesitating about joining, just do it.

Fantastic experience: I've trained in many different gyms over the years but have come to love the fitstop formula. Turning up and not having to do a program myself is a huge win, and set class times ensures I go at the time I need to. Fantastic experience: Friendly, warm, welcoming and a great feel. These 4 things are what you expect from a good local pub that you visit frequently not a gym . Well the team here have done it, everyone goes out of their way to make you feel a part of the team and adjusts programs and exercises to cater for your individual needs. Fantastic experience: Excellent gym. Friendly, inclusive and professional. I hadn't trained for a few years and had low motivation before I gave Fitstop OG a try, but I felt very comfortable from the first day. The sessions are always interesting and challenging, but suit all levels of fitness. The management and staff are very nice and helpful. I highly recommend Fitstop OG.

Fantastic experience: I have enjoyed every single session I’ve been to at this gym. The classes are great, equipment and space well kept and the owners and trainers are super supportive and knowledgeable. It’s a great environment that makes you want to keep going and it works! Fantastic experience: I joined Fitstop the first week it opened in Ocean Grove, and from the very first class I was hooked! Not only are the facilities and classes amazing, but the owners, trainers, and community as a whole are all so kind, motivating and inviting! I feel so welcome at Fitstop; there are members of all genders, ages, and abilities, who are all catered for personally and supported by the amazing trainers we all have come to know and love. I’ve attended 3 other gyms in the last few years, but nothing has come close to the Fitstop. Every class is always new and exciting, challenging us all and helping us reach our goals. If you are looking for a change up from the normal, mundane gym scene, then I highly recommend joining Fitstop!
