Fantastic experience: I love Hayden. He's such a great person, he helps me stay motivated during my workouts and aways gives me tips on my squat form . For any new customers he is the man you go to.

Negative experience: Dirty gym conditions, need to fix it! One of the workers (Enza) makes me feel really uncomfortable and I would like the gym to be inspected because of the dirty conditions. I wouldn't be surprised if there were rats brewing in this gym. I want this gym to be taken down immediately. I have seen workers vaping around the gym and it makes me feel really sick.The mirrors a cracked the whole place looks it is about to break down. So stand with me to take down energy force fitness!! #EnergyForceTakeDown. Help me to take down this awful place. We need to take down the vermin of this established community. Our lovely home Drysdale!

Fantastic experience: This is an amazing family orientated GYM, the staff are so friendly and welcoming. The facility is always clean and tidy, and it has such a happy and bubbly atmosphere. The membership prices are realistic and reasonable and I absolutely love that they have childcare.

Fantastic experience: $5 casual entry for anyone holidaying down this way. Friendly staff and patrons. Squat rack with olympic bar, cables, machines, circuit room and cardio equipment etc. Highly recommended..

Fantastic experience: The place is great. Yes it's at the back of an industry area, yes it's a bit tatty. But it has everything you need, the owner is friendly, it's 24 hour and it's great value for money. Wouldn't go anywhere else

Negative experience: Building inside is quite rundown. It was far to hot and enclosed, there is no way I could seriously exercise in there.

Fantastic experience: Always love visiting gyms while we're away, which can be hit and miss depending on the area. Not many were open during our stay in portarlington. But Energy Force Fitness was. And while it's not the biggest gym or had the most equipment, it made up for it with great character and the most kindest staff you can imagine. Some people may have trouble getting their standard workout done here, but you can still get a solid training session done! Just wish they had more lights. Thanks for having us. Will be back if we're in the area.

I've been a member for 5 years now

Negative experience: Dirty gym it is filthy another gym in town is any time fitnes it is lovely and clean and all new equipment

Fantastic experience: This is a small local gym. The owner is a top guy and is very knowledgeable. I've lost 5% of actual body fat since training under him. I couldn't recommend this place any higher. The people here are very passionate and it's never crowded either.

Negative experience: AVOID THIS GYM FOR A CASUAL WORK OUT, this is the third and last time l will attend this gym, everytime l arrive 5 -10 b4 the advertised opening times as displayed on the entry door of the gym, l wait between 10-15 minute after the supposed opening time and NO ONE has opened up, l can't spend my day sitting in the carpark waiting for the gym to open, AVOID !!!!
