I had a number of issues to deal with and Bridget's therapy significantly improved the range of motion throughout my body and reduced the pain that I was experiencing. Fantastic experience: Great Trainers with lots of different classes & Groups to join in. I feel really comfortable there. Cool new classes that I've never done before and not too many in the class. And for all the support you get its really cheap. I actually look forward to going and hate to miss my class.
