CrossFit^® 2340

Located in the heart of Tamworth, NSW, CrossFit 2340 is more than just a gym; it is a vibrant community built on the pillars of teamwork, respect, and mutual support. Established five years ago, this inclusive facility welcomes athletes of all ages, fitness levels, and abilities, fostering an environment where members lift each other up, communicate openly, and celebrate their achievements together. With the motto "Dare to be Great," the box encourages individuals to push beyond their limits in a safe, motivating, and fun atmosphere.

Under the guidance of passionate and experienced coaches, including Owner Kim McLean and a dedicated team of certified trainers, CrossFit 2340 offers a comprehensive range of programs designed to improve strength, endurance, and overall health. The schedule features daily CrossFit classes, open gym hours for independent training, and specialized "Attack" sessions for those seeking extra intensity. Whether you are looking to improve your athletic performance, boost mental clarity, or simply find a supportive space to exercise, the expert coaching ensures that every workout is tailored to individual needs.

A standout feature of CrossFit 2340 is its robust Kids CrossFit program, which brings the benefits of functional fitness to the next generation. Divided into age-appropriate groups—Cubs (3-5 years), Panthers (6-9 years), and Tigers (9-14 years)—these sessions focus on building confidence, improving school performance through enhanced concentration, and instilling healthy lifestyle habits from a young age. Coaches emphasize that exercise should be fun, helping children release energy and develop a positive attitude towards physical activity.

The facility operates with flexible membership options, offering weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payment cycles with no lock-in contracts. Members enjoy unlimited access to all scheduled classes and open gym times, providing the freedom to train at a pace that suits their lifestyle. With a focus on community events, personal growth, and a welcoming family environment, CrossFit 2340 stands out as a premier destination for anyone in Tamworth looking to transform their health and find their tribe.

Fantastic experience: Great experience at this gym! The facility was abundant with equipment, weights, rigs, floor space, wall space - everything you need for a hard, sweaty CrossFit workout. The owners, coaches and community was so welcoming and fun to train with. A gym that provides Zooper Doopers after a workout is worth a visit!
