Fantastic experience: You are truly missing out if you are not a part of Demon CrossFit. Members of all abilities coming together, motivating and supporting one another. The community that Justin and Renae have created is like nothing I’ve experienced in other gyms. I’ve trained through pregnancy and postpartum and have always felt supported, with workouts tailored to my needs every step of the way. It's a place where you're not just a member, you're part of a family.

Fantastic experience: All I got here was stronger, fitter,better mental health. Everyone, coach’s and members alike are a joy to workout with. Only reason I’m giving it five stars is because I can’t give it ten.

Fantastic experience: A friend of mine got me in Demons Crossfits I was 75 and now am 78 I go twice a week and have improve my strenght, there were things I did and never knew I could do. So come in and give it ago. I love it, with great company.

Fantastic experience: This gym has the best vibe!!! the coaches who train here are really friendly, supportive and professional. On day one was greeted with a genuine friendly hand shake from the owner Justin who instantly made me feel like part of the team. All the classes I have attended the instructors have gone out of their way to make me feel welcome and I have easily doubled my fitness and strength in the short period of time I have been attending. If your looking for a gym with a strong personality and experienced inspiring coaches then I can not recommend demon enough!!

Fantastic experience: I have been attending Demon CrossFit for almost three years now, and I just can’t get enough of it. My favourite things range from the comical classes which create the ultimate atmosphere, and the trainers are next level - you won’t find better. There is no pressure to lift heavy, instead perfect your technique and grow from there. Can’t recommend this gym enough. If you’ve been considering having a crack, now is your time to do so!
