Fantastic experience: I was traveling through Tamworth and used this gym and pool facility twice for a swim. Really appreciated that they offered casual passes—no need to sign up for an expensive membership, which was perfect for a short visit. The indoor 25m pool is clean, well-maintained, and heated year-round, which is a big plus even if it’s a little pricier than the public pools. Special shoutout to the lovely woman at the front counter—super friendly and welcoming, and really made the experience feel warm and personal. Thanks for the chat and the smile! If I’m back in Tamworth, I’ll definitely consider returning.

Positive experience: Indoor heated 25m pool and 1.2m deep pool. One of the only places for private swimming lessons year round in tamworth. Otherwise unremarkable. Friendly staff, lots of treadmills, other gym stuff

Negative experience: OK as a visitor to this gym I paid $50 for a week's membership to use the equipment at this gym to be honest I was a fool for not doing the offered tour I just signed up the equipment was OK and there was a wide selection but saying that the weight plates were pretty crusty and cracked and miss matched and some pins were missing out of the cable plated machines I also found not all the equipment working which was disappointing the biggest disappointment was my week was only 6 days and nothing was communicated at the sign up so I would rate the gym 3 out of 10 time for the owners to spend some funds freshen it up get equipment working it could be a great gym

Positive experience: Pretty good space. The weights are an mis match of metric and imperial measurements. Some of this beat up. Cafe seems to be rarely open.

Fantastic experience: A great community style gym. Lots of space and variety of available wok outs. Staff friendly. Pool is great and easy to get your own lane which is always fantastic. Only slight downside is that Some of the cardio equipment is a bit tired.

Positive experience: I go here for the pool - lap swimming. Pool is kept clean and at a good temperature. Lane availability is limited at peak times but it is the only indoor pool in Tamworth. There is no discount or reward pricing for regular pool only users. This is disappointing given the deals the gym does on full gym membership.

Negative experience: A pool, lots of room and equipment, but equipment is severely out dated, old and janky. Odd combination of lbs and kgs.

Positive experience: Gym equipment missing and have to walk around searching for them. Have to pay 2 weeks advance which is OK if you don't mind that. Heated pool is small and occupied during peak times, which is when working people are available to go to the pool. Pool is not open 24/7 due to safety reasons. Big pool not heated. Classes are very enjoyable with great teachers.

Fantastic experience: Great gym with a wide mix of machines and free weights. Opening hours at front desk are nice and early, 5:30am-8pm M-F.

Positive experience: Love all classes and trainers here ! Great gym ! Staff happy to see you and talk! Summer time in the bathroom is like a sauna, badly needs ventilation and a fan in the shower part. Everyone calls it the 360 steam room ! Please fix.

Fantastic experience: Best gym and aquatic centre in Tamworth. Great staff. Awesome cafe. Creche for the kids. Group fitness classes are available 7 days and in multiple rooms. The trainers are very knowledgeable and specialise in different areas. Great atmosphere and very inclusive.

Fantastic experience: Have been and tried other gyms in Tamworth, this is the best. I'm an equipment head and this place has plenty. While my wife enjoys the range of classes and services. Pool is also a huge benefit, though class and pool bookings are required since COVID. Best gym in town

Fantastic experience: Well equipped fitness club. Friendly staff. I used the 25m swimming pool for lap swimming. Entry to the pool $7. Gym and pool single entry $18. Generous changing rooms with hot showers. Very clean and well maintained. There is even a box of tissues in the ladies bathroom for patrons to use. One does not see this often.

Fantastic experience: Very clean and the staff are always friendly. The coffee and food at the Cafe section "Nourish" is top class, ranging from home made energy balls for serious Gym folk to very nice veges and Eggs. The facilities are also top class. I wish the indoor Pool was 1-2 degrees cooler but that's just me.

Negative experience: 3* gym equipment - is old and dated, but it does the job. 3* Equipment located through gym - Some equipment is spread out between bottom level and top level. Not wheelchair friendly for that part of the gym. 0* 24hr gym - All TV/ Music are turned off and locked after office hours. Air con is switched off. Need to bring your own music to listen to. Summer time it is to hot to workout after 10am without air con. It cost $40 extra for your card to access the gym outside gym hours, but you don't get the above mentioned facilities like you do at other gyms. Other gym are a lower cost per week for better 24hr facilities. 4* Staff - are friendly and always say hello and goodbye. 3* 25m Pool - Is great when its not booked out and you are left sharing lanes with 4+ people. Overall 2.7* - It could be a good gym if the 24hr part was to be sorted out.
