Fantastic experience: Such an amazing gym. Has all the equipment you need plus more. Seems to have 5 new pieces of equipment in the past few weeks. The staff are so friendly and helpful and the new owner really looks after his members.

Positive experience: This place crossed my mind the other day. I'm not a member anymore but went there for a while. Excellent gym with great staff just wish it has a few more machines such as a pec deck and then it would have been perfect. All the best.

Negative experience: Good gym but staff member interrupted workout looking for my membership and I cant let that slide.

Positive experience: Nice, small friendly gym. My wife and I enjoyed our time here. However, unfortunately we had to cancel our memberships. My wife enjoyed the virtual lessons that were offered as they fit in her schedule. Suddenly they ended the virtual classes, so I asked to have my wife’s membership lowered to the normal membership. They wanted a $50 transfer fee, which I thought was unreasonable as my wife couldn’t attend regular classes, and they declined wavering the $50 fee. When I asked to cancel, they were unwilling to help and seemed happy to see us go. Disappointing from a small gym when we try to support a local business. Hopefully a different gym will be more accommodating

Negative experience: We are in tamworth and were looking for a gym. We came to this one. We were greeted by Izzy. At the end of the interview, she does not offer us the trial days but directly imposes on us which subscription we want to take. I ask him if there aren't any days offered (5). After three days Izzy calls us to put pressure on us on the "offer" of the subscription that she had tell us, to know whether or not we are coming because it will end.We were not well received, we were disappointed. Unfortunately no do not recommend this gym ..

Fantastic experience: Advance Fitness Tamworth has become more than a place to just do a work out - It is a place that feels like a second home with a great family vibe amongst the community. The staff are always so welcoming, uplifting and very professional when giving out helpful advice to assist during workouts. The gym is always clean and organised with a good variety of classes for all levels of experience. I love that the gym is 24/7 which gives me the flexibility to fit in a workout that suits a bust and unpredicted schedule. Overall I highly recommend Advance Fitness Tamworth as a gym as there is something for everyone.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of Advance Fitness (fomerly Club Synergy) for 11 years, attending classes, boot camps, free weights and PT sessions. The members are friendly, social and non-judgmental who make it easy to turn up to each session. The personal trainers (female and male) are friendly, know when you need that little extra push and help you reach your goals. The equipment is great with some new items. The friendly staff welcome you with a smile. I highly recommend Advance Fitness to start your journey towards health and fitness, you won't regret it.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member for quite a few years now and the awesome team at advance are always there to help. I love coming to the gym in the mornings and being greeted as I come through the door, all of the staff are friendly. The personal trainers I train with Hana and Mal are full of knowledge, always ready to push me to the next level, also thanks to our lovely gym manager the gym has come so far in the last couple of years, I'm excited to see where our gym is heading for years ahead.
