Fantastic experience: Owner Scott is a great guy, knows his stuff inside and out. Other members are friendly, great place.

Fantastic experience: Best gym and best classes to attend to get your workout in. It is a friendly, welcoming space that doesn't make you feel intimated like all these other generic gyms. Doing PT with Scott is another level. He is a world class trainer, knowledgeable and motivating to keep pushing to be your best. Can't recommend FH enough!

Positive experience: It’s hero free and feels like my own private gym. The equipment is a bit outdated but gets the job done. Definitely a place to grow and it’s family operated which makes it more easy an gives the place a good vibe. At least you don’t have to wait long periods just to use equipment unlike Derrimut gym which is full of heroes and fashion show ego stinking girls

Fantastic experience: Love it here. Just went from a huge gym to something more personal but still has all the gear I need and more. Love the interactive screens. I can get on any equipment I need. Would highly recommend

Fantastic experience: So glad I joined. The trainers are very friendly and professional and always take the time to check on everyone and personalise the workouts where necessary. The members are great too. Suits all abilities. Might seem pricier than some gyms but really isn’t given the workouts offered. When compared with personal training it’s an absolute bargain. Good fun too. If you’re new to CrossFit try it. Game changer.

Fantastic experience: Went for my first visit today and absolutely loved it. As someone who is inexperienced with gyms and can find them a bit daunting as I never know what to do, the on screen workout programs are great! My first visit and I didn't feel like I spent half the time working out what machine to use next Scott was so helpful and really knows his stuff.

Fantastic experience: I have had an excellent experience since joining Fitness Habitat at the start of 2020. Scott is an encouraging, hard-working, caring and knowledgeable trainer who has significantly helped me progress as a professional athlete to achieve my goals. From day one, Scott took a keen interest in seeing me progress as a professional tennis player. He completed an initial physical assessment, understanding and outlining the areas in need of improvement and development to thrive in my field of sport. From this assessment, he incorporated a diverse range of strength and conditioning workouts tailored specifically to my needs which has profoundly improved my overall physical shape and sporting performances. Without the help of Scott, I would not be the athlete I am today, and thank him for the assistance and support he has provided me over the last 18 months. I could not recommend Fitness Habitat and the services of Scott Fox more.

Classes are varied enough to keep interest, and challenging enough to feel accomplished when completing them. Fantastic experience: This place is great, the people are always friendly. I really don't feel intimidated to train here. The sessions are tough but they are always fun and different so the time goes fast! This is the first gym I signed up to, and I've actually gone to, not just for a few months until I get bored!
