Fantastic experience: I have moved over from F45 EVP when they closed down, I was confused where to go, first day work out at F45 Belmont I'm impressed , Aaron and his teams was amazing so helpful and friendly, all the members so nice. Walk into the door feel so welcome walk out After every session feel great and and ready to start my day with motivate and happy day. Thanks alot to all the coachs hard work and make all members feel like home.

Fantastic experience: I'd been feeling bored and unmotivated with my workouts for a while and wanted to try something that was challenging, yet fun, and could support me in various levels of my fitness. Well I found it. F45 Belmont has such an inclusive and genuinely lovely team of trainers and members. The owner is the nicest person you'll ever meet! I look forward to each class and the time goes by so fast! Before you know it you've done a 45 minute workout and you feel incredible for it.

Negative experience: Had to go to an office next door to this place, all we could hear was the insanely loud music from f45 and it made it difficult to even speak.. With all of 4 people in there it seemed extreme. Couldn't imaging the volume if you were actually in there.

Fantastic experience: For folks with no discipline like myself, Belmont F45 is great, the coaches are extremely motivational and constantly push you to do more than you think you can. Every session is short, intense and i definitely leave each session with muscle aches, drained of energy and yet oddly satisfied with the work out. It’s a very complicated love-hate relationship, yet I keep going back…

Fantastic experience: I joined F45 Belmont WA on a whim one year ago, sick and tired of feeling heavy and lacking energy it was now or never. I started slow, a couple of times a week, light weights, focusing on form, all the while receiving nothing but warm encouraging support from staff and members alike. The amazing team atmosphere makes me work harder than I ever would have on my own. I wholeheartedly agree with the F45 concept and what they are trying to achieve, but this studio really stands head and shoulders above the rest by ensuring the community is supported by the most genuine uplifting staff - there because they take pride in improving the lives of those who walked through the door. I am not the person I was one year ago. I am stronger, fitter, healthier and more confident. I have learned to balance my lifestyle and enjoy the luxuries with a greater understanding of health and wellness and encourage anybody else considering making a change but not sure where to start to come and give it a go for yourself ❤️ #notagymbutacommunity #buildinggiants #teamtraininglifechanging

Fantastic experience: Arghhh. Where to even begin. F45 Belmont is an amazing gym/community to be a part of. Not only do they push you to almost death during workouts, they also care about you. Feel incredibly proud to be part of the community. The coaches are amazing and the Members are welcoming. Couldn’t have asked for a better gym.

Fantastic experience: I have signed up to and attended a few gyms in my time but admit I reluctantly tried F45 after not finding my niche in the “fitness world”. From the moment I set foot in F45 Belmont, I knew I’d found my “home” gym. They are friendly, accepting, genuinely cater for everyone from novice to super athlete but make everyone feel like the latter. It’s a safe space. Super fun. Super clean. Super welcoming.

The community is so inclusive and encouraging, no matter where you're at in your fitness journey. This is a club that's genuinely interested in getting to know you, understand your goals and really support you to achieve them. The Vibe is incredible and it's helped me fall in love with getting fit and challenging myself, I've reached millstones i never thought I'd reach!! . Fantastic experience: Excellent gym and really personal team. The staff couldn't have made us feel more welcome, and the workouts they put us through were fun, challenging and really worked up a sweat! The equipment was all new and well maintained, and the facilities are good too. Well worth going to for a group fitness session that is more fun and engaging than your average gym.
