Negative experience: Enrolled my kids in swimming classes They ask for entry fee which never been asked in other pools . My son nearly drowned yesterday there's was no lifesavers around to ask for help I had to jump with my shoes and clothes on to save him.

Fantastic experience: This is the first time we come here and I have to say, the facility is ok but the staff are very high level!!! I found everyone quite courteous, kind and smiling from staff at the front desk, cafe to guards and instructors. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Our whole family love it! My husband, son and I have just recently become members and have loved all it has to offer. There really something for everyone! My husband uses the pool daily, my son the gym, and I have enjoyed all the classes I've done so far (and the pool). The staff are amazingly friendly and helpful. (Shout out to Roshann and Jesse!!) I think it's worth every cent of the membership if you thinking of starting your health and fitness journey. Highly recommend Belmont Oasis <3

Positive experience: Lovely staff and friendly squad swimmers but the change room was disgusting. It was the end of the day so I get that a lot of people have been through there. Even so, it was just so much worse than anywhere else I’ve been. It’s sad that customers think it’s ok to leave rubbish and big chunks of their hair around for others to experience in the change room.

Negative experience: I’ve been on the line for an hour trying to get a hold of someone and ask a simple questions i have. I made sure to call at the least busy time and yet not one person could answer my call

Negative experience: Been going here for 5 years for bluefit swimming lessons . Despite the renovations that took place a couple of years ago to the bathrooms, this place is run down and the bathrooms are now filthy and mouldy again. There's little pride in the upkeep and maintenance of this place. One of the family bathrooms was broken and closed for weeks! I think it's best to start from scratch, tear it down, rebuild just like Midland had done. I hold fond memories here but their time is up. We'll be going elsewhere for swimming lessons as it has not been a pleasant experience for the last year. The bluefit lessons also sadly has high staff turnover these days and the usual young staff that we have grown familiar with are now gone. It makes it difficult for everyone because they're not familiar with the level of skills of the kids and it's a setback for the kids.

Fantastic experience: This is a great place so many activities. Friendly staff, great trainers and even the guests are so nice and courteous.

Fantastic experience: I have attended "Prime Movers" group exercise to music here. The facilities are excellent. Plenty of parking. Easy access. The leisure centre is modern with a pool, gym, large rooms for events like Prime Movers (50 people or more) - all well equipped. Coffee shop. All set in great surroundings. Thoroughly recommended.

Fantastic experience: We had just finished swimming lessons, my 19 month old son & I were out at the car park about to hop in the car & leave when he got his hand slammed stuck in the boot of our car (the thing that holds the boot up broke!!). After getting it free, I raced back inside & asked for ice at the desk. The way we were both treated was nothing short of remarkable. They administered first aid, took us to a private meeting room, brought me a cup of tea, put Bluey on for my son, brought us hot chips, chatted to myself & our son (calming us both down) & spending around 20-30 mins with us. To top it all off, they carried my bags to the car & helped me get my son in his car seat without his hand moving too much or coming off the ice. Thank you so much to Bec, Michelle & Dayna for going over and above to help us when we needed it

Positive experience: There are not many options at Food kiosk cafe, but the chips so yummy. Places are clean.

Fantastic experience: Instructors are incredible with the babies, the front staff, and lifeguards are also friendly and interactive. I love how user friendly the website is, couldn’t ask for a better local leisureplex!

Fantastic experience: I am a current member of BlueFit Oasis Leisure Centre and would encourage all to come along and join the 'team'. There are classes for everyone whether it be in the pools or gym or training classes. They are so professional and enjoyable you will benefit in ALL areas and meet lots of lovely people as well and have FUN and loads of laughs. People just like yourself.

Fantastic experience: Very good place for swimming, fitness and relaxing, it has a lot of facilities. I can spend four hours without need to go home. It has internet, cafe, bathrooms, and the garden and the trees around the outdoor pool it’s wonderful view, ❤️

Fantastic experience: Recently I had a problem with my prepaid pool passes. The staff who man the counter at Belmont Oasis were sympathetic but were unable to achieve a satisfactory resolution to the problem. When I asked to speak to a manager, it was suggested that I speak to Dana. Dana was very courteous and helpful. She quickly ascertained the problem ( it appeared to be a computer problem ) and rectified the situation that I had found myself in with my prepaid passes. I would like to take this opportunity to publicly thank Dana for her kind assistance, determination and professionalism.

Negative experience: Gym today after i found the rowing machine in the class area next to the other machine, i started my rowing exercise then i was approached by naomi if i was in the class to that i replied no I'm just exercising. I was told no you cant use the rowing machine move on. 4 people in the class. I thought we were all equal ??? Belmont the City of opportunity

Fantastic experience: I love taking my daughter to her swimming lessons here. It's always bustling with activity, so lively and music is constantly playing. The front desk staff are attentive and friendly! There's a great mix of young and old here which makes it feel like a cosy aquatic community.

Negative experience: Not impressed, came here to enjoy a day at the pools on a Saturday to cool down on this hot day. Expecting that the cafe would be open as they say on their website, went to buy some hot chips to feed myself and my family as swimming can make you very exhausted and hungry but got told they turned their fries off, I asked why? And for how long the response was there was only 2 staff members working And for the rest of the day it is only 12.30pm. Not your customers fault there are not enough staff we pay money to come to the pools expecting to be able to grab a bite to eat.

Negative experience: This place has had bad customer service for 15 plus years From gym to basic pool area this place has the worst customer service Rude front counter staff no idea what there talking about Every week the price changes for two 5 year olds Honestly they have no idea about time the council put a proper team in there and run it like a business Sunday 11 am it’s not even a quarter of pool with people in it Hope they read reviews and change there staff It’s a disgrace

Fantastic experience: Belmont Oasis provides an amazing opportunity for older people to get fit for the price of $12.50 a week (less than 3 coffees. The staff are very helpful setting up a program and always pleasant and helpful for any questions.

Fantastic experience: Regularly do lap in the morning. Virtually empty. Free spa bath is fun and a free sauna is available. Good staff, great place.

Negative experience: The staff at the serving counter on this premises all need to be sacked. They are so rude it's disgusting. I have had to take my daughter there each Wednesday and each time, I have witnessed a sickening level of rudeness to customers. One lady when I got there was talking in the most insulting tone because the customer wanted a spot in some class that was unavailable. Meanwhile I was at the food counter being completely ignored. When I finally was served, I asked for the toasted ham and cheese sandwich. The younger, different girl grabbed it, took my payment and said nothing. I asked if I was waiting for something and she gave me some arrogant toned, 'yes, it's getting warmed up'. 5 minutes later she came over with her miserable face, slid the sandwich over and stormed off. I was obviously a real burden on her. I proceeded to open the sandwich only to find I'd been given a cheese and tomato toastie. So the miserable and arrogant 'customer service representative' with zero customer service, screwed up the order. When you are in customer service, you should smile, bite your tongue and make the customer happy. Sadly these days, obviously these people see it as a chore to be nice to people. If I was the management I would be completely and utterly embarrassed. They are disgusting.

Fantastic experience: I go to the gym 3 times a week at 5am during the morning. Facilities open on time. All gym equipment are clean and very useful. And staff are all great. Always great to workout there.

Negative experience: absolutely disgusted! the front staff was super rude, especially one of the boys. i would not recommend this place. terrible customer service, we had a 6pm-7pm session today but was kicked out because of misunderstanding about it being from 5:30-6:30 and was approached very rudely, we double checked, our session was in fact from 6-7. this could’ve been handled better instead of being cussed at.

Negative experience: Really disgusting behaviour by the front counter receptionist, we had booked the court from 6-7pm and were rudely approached and kicked out due to miscommunication. The staff thought we booked from 5:30-6:30 even though we didn’t, they had also told our families to not shout even tho me as a bystander saw all of it happen and they were not shouting. Don’t recommend this place, really horrible attitude by staff AND DEFINITELY RACIST

Fantastic experience: I am participating in a fantastic fitness program conducted at the Belmont Oasis sponsored by Belmont City Council. Having never visited this facility before I was pleased to find it to be a great place loaded with a variety of facilities for assisting with my fitness development program.The gym where we spend most of our time has an extensive array of modern equipment far in excess of what any person could ever want.Also the pool area with spa and sauna are something I will be using with my wife in the very near future.For people of all ages who enjoy some physical activity they need look no further than this great place in Belmont.

Negative experience: I moved from another training centre to this one, but I later realised that my decision was wrong and had decided to withdraw from further enrollment here. Incompetent staff, poor communication and poor class arrangement coordination.

Positive experience: Swim instructors are great however the lifeguards (also lovely people) need to stop policing the parents. It's the parents responsibility to keep an eye out for their kids and make sure they are in arms distance however I see grandparents having to pull kids out of the water because they can't be in with them (primary school kids?), single mums get in trouble for not being with all kids at once while trying to get one of the kids out of the pools. Surely a bit of common sense is needed. It's a much more relaxing environment at other local pools.

Positive experience: A long time ago (like probably a year ago) there was a teacher that was very mean to the kids in his class. He also had a favourite kid. They also could not fit in people in their classes. Like, when I moved up from one level, they literally didn't have a spot for me. Seriously, they have classes with like 7 people and there are classes with 5 people and yet they are full. I was stuck in a level for 3 extra weeks. But, other than that, they have good customer service and their pool is nicely cleaned.

Negative experience: The centre itself is pretty decent, the gym is okay with good equipment. The dumbbell selection is very average with one pair of weight sizes and also the free weight workout area is fairly small. I would actually use the gym if it had 24/7 access to this section.

Fantastic experience: Clean pool. The staff are very nice. I have been swimming at the Oasis as my usual place is doing renovations. It has been a pleasant change. I left my buoy and paddles behind today. Staff checked the pool and left it aside for me. Very grateful. I don't think my previous pool would of done that for me. Keep up the good work!

Fantastic experience: If you're an older citizen, daytime during school hours is the best time to come, especially if you want to do laps in the pool. Facilities have improved a lot with more cleaning evident or a better cleaner. Reception staff are very helpful and friendly.

Negative experience: Thought coming to the pool was meant to be a place for fun and to relax and enjoy yourselves? Sadly this has not been the case at Belmont Oasis. Young lifeguards constantly policing rules and yelling out at kids which is unacceptable behaviour. Also have seen vile behaviour from other staff wearing blue uniforms and one older lady in particular with dark hair in bun yelling out to customers and making everyone feel paranoid and embarrassed. This is supposed to be a place for families to relax and enjoy instead of feeling anxious about yet another barking of orders. For the sake of your customers patronage please get your act together Belmont Oasis!

Fantastic experience: Ballroom Fit attended the Live_Lighter Seniors Recreation Council of WA Information Day at Belmont Oasis Leisure Centre for an interactive demonstration of Ballroom Fit. The venue has great parking, is clean, well set out, accessible, with a great wooden dance floor for dancing.

Positive experience: Staff are great, Facilities are good.

Positive experience: What's the point of calling it a public pool, when all the lanes get taken up by lessons. Couldn't get a chance to swim when all the lanes are used. Stupid really.

Negative experience: I visited a few weeks ago but everything was dirty and the changing room was disgusting. I could only stay for less than 20 mins because of how filthy it was.

Fantastic experience: It's fantastic service. The booking system is flexible because it provide us make up classes if absent. I like it better than other centres.

Positive experience: I love belmont oasis! but the gym REALLY needs to be made 24/7! Some people would love to train before work but because of the 5am opening time are unable too.

Positive experience: I felt sorry for the young staff who has to deal with some antisocial behaviour. There is no security, some people do not care about anyone else, leave their rubbish, ignore the coaches, etc. Sauna is spacious but not hot enough to my liking. People told me that it used to be hotter. No thermometer on the wall to monitor the temperature.

Negative experience: Very dirty and the aircon is constantly broken in the group fitness room. Sweating like crazy in the gym after couple of squats because the aircon is never turned on. Also the same music plays for three years.

Negative experience: The aqua instructors are great, however, the program is poorly run. The App to book classes either doesn't reflect the right day or class time. So I have attended and the class was over. Also if you are not marked off, which happens a lot, you get a breach. I have called every time, sometimes three times a week to remove breaches, if you don't you get locked out for 2 weeks and can't book a class. Recently haven't been able to get through and have been locked out. Tried to complain to management in person, on the phone and by email. No response so I decided to post this review to get some support and feedback.

Negative experience: Very misleading and completely unsatisfactory! Advertised as a heated children’s pool when it’s cold more times than it is warm during winter. Makes it’s very uncomfortable for the baby and parent swimming. Have complained numerous times, no response was ever given and nothing changed. Don’t waste your money here.

Negative experience: Service has been terrible recently especially with child care. My daughter has been to the school holiday programmes since she was 6 years old she is now 11 years old up until recently the most recent programme she mentioned educators not being as nice even when dropping off/ picking kids up you don't even get a hello or goodbye. All educators here don't look like they want to be there. My daughter counted how many kids cried in one day I think it was like 6-7 kids and another one was crying when I collected her. They have also taken extra money out of my childcare debit account and are claiming it was not them even when I have responded with there details from the bank- will not return my calls and emails regarding this issue I have called 5 times over 2 week period left a message no one gets back to me finally got a email back saying it wasn't them I have sent them more proof it was and now no reply again. Absolutely appalling service! I have requested not to ever deal with them again and to cancel any child care account.

Fantastic experience: Belmont Oasis is excellent. I use the indoor 50m pool, spa, sauna and gym on an almost daily basis. The price for these facilities is ridiculously cheap amd the service and quality of everything is great.

Fantastic experience: I just got back from the Center, after an unfortunate incident. However, Larissa who I believe was the supervisor on duty, went above and beyond to help me with the incident. My personal commendation to her. Have been visiting the center for a few months now and will definitely return only because of her professionalism.

Fantastic experience: I went there last night for the first time and was very impressed with all aspects of this outstanding facility. The staff at reception were super friendly and helpful. The pool was excellent and I was pinching myself at having a lane all to myself but what I really liked were the signs explaining pool etiquette so there can be no excuses for anyone not doing the right thing and causing problems. In comparison my local facility, Swan Aquatic,which is closed at present is dirty, and totally disorganised. There is usually only one lane available for swimming.and ignorant people, who obviously can't read walk in pairs in that lane. Totally frustrating! This does not happen at Belmont Oasis and now that I have had the pleasure of swimming here I will become a member on my next visit. Well done City of Belmont for providing such a fabulous leisure centre for your people. As a ratepayer in the City of Swan I am deeply disturbed that this shire provides so little for its residents..

Negative experience: Poor customer service, the canteen only sells chips? And the ladies toilets were absolutely appalling!

Negative experience: Large pool and spa were not open and still paid full price entry. Left not long after entering baby pool too hot and no real fun for babies. Only a white looking mushroom which water falls from. Disappointing it really needs an upgrade!!!

Negative experience: Kidding pool was shut we were never advised before entry and with smimming lessons on we were left with 1/10th of the swimming space which was to deep for my best mate she couldn't touch the ground staff were pleasant

Negative experience: They charge full price for sauna knowing full well it doesn't work properly. Could barely break a sweat in there Plus the sauna was filthy, cigarette butts and band-aids on the floor.

Negative experience: Very poor customer service I would not recommend. After two years of my daughter attending swimming lessons here it time move to a more professional swim school. Check-in is conducted by kids that could not solve even the smallest of issue with a check-in / booking time and time again. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: I always enjoy the atmosphere and friendly staff at Belmont Oasis. Even though they are going through a lot of construction and changes its still worth it. Heck, I moved away and am still willing to make the drive to the facility. Thanks for a great service delivery and friendly team. 10/10
