Fantastic experience: Great gym—super tidy and clean. The staff are amazing, really welcoming and easy to talk to. The atmosphere is just different—good energy all around. The equipment is stellar and way better than Revo! The manager was lovely to deal with and made joining a breeze. The trainers have a great vibe—always brings the energy. Perfect spot if you’re new to the gym or just want a place with good people and good vibes.

The space is spotless, and the equipment is really easy to use—even for beginners like me. Everything feels really well maintained and thought out. What truly stood out was the atmosphere. The staff are incredibly friendly and down-to-earth—no intimidation at all. Sienna was super welcoming and made signing up feel effortless. I never felt judged for asking basic questions, which was such a relief. The personal trainers are chill but really know their stuff. I never thought I’d say this, but I actually look forward to working out now. If you’re new to fitness or just want a supportive, low-pressure gym environment, I can’t recommend Snap Fitness Redcliffe enough.

Fantastic experience: I have been a SnapFitness Member since 2019 and has been regularly attending the Redcliffe gym for 12 months & I was struck by how easiky i settled in and i felt at home. The staff welcomed me warmly & gave me a guided tour of the gym. The square metres of the building is not over imposing and provides a genuine community family feel unlike other gyms whose business model is centred around having as many members in their facilities as possible. I remain a loyal member & in spite of huge competition with gym facilities, I am a very happy and satisfied gym member of SnapFitness & has no intent of leaving and joining a different gym.

Staff here specially is very supportive and always get the good customer service. Gym is nice and clean and i absolutely loved my PT sessions with (Sienna). The few times I’ve come in I am greeted by sienna a friendly staff member who always has a smile on her face. As it isn’t my usual gym she was happy to show me around and advise me on ways I could improve my gym routine. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Just started going here and i have no regrets signing up. Fantastic atmosphere for s quick workout. One of the best gym setups I've been to. Even have showers so you can head straight to work after a morning session. Love it that its open 24 hours and being a member gives you access to all the other gyms around Australia. Great staff and very knowledgeable. Convenient location along Great Eastern Highway. Parking may be an issue during business hours but lots of on street parking around. Has everything you will need. Even a vending machine for snacks:)

Fantastic experience: Have been training here for about 8 months. Big improvements since the arrival of Brooke. Humidifier has been installed which makes the atmosphere more comfortable; I also asked about specific equipment like gymnastics rings which have just arrived. These have made my upper-body workouts more complete. Everyone at this gym is friendly. There is also another girl who films content for promotions - it's great. Thanks Snap and Brooke for giving me access to an affordable and well-equipped gym.

Fantastic experience: This is a premium quality gym, super clean, not too busy, friendly members. Brand new equipment. Definitely an upgrade from my old gym membership at Revo. It's on the smaller side but it's never crowded enough to notice. Staff are very welcoming and friendly.

Negative experience: Very little gym, unfriendly reception and snobby superior PT"s that ride the high horse no steam or rock sauna available, Doherty's in Northbridge is better for a cheaper rate.

Fantastic experience: Occasional user from out of town. They have done a great job of modernising the gym and it has a good friendly atmosphere. Just watch out for the Redcliffe crackheads wandering around outside.

Negative experience: So I joined the club when there was a 5 weeks special trial was going on. Joining date was 17/Jan/2023. On May 2023 I finished up. I notified the staff that I am leaving. I went to overseas on long vacation ( 3 months ) and then moved to over east. Six months later today I received a call from the store saying that my payments are over due and have to pay like $400. I finished up in May 2023 but still have to pay ? Also the person who referred me never received his reference bonus and has already written a review for the same. If your staff didn’t did their job properly then it’s not my fault. Why should I pay for something which wasn’t my fault. It feels like extortion tbh. People please be very careful with what you sign up for.

Negative experience: No problem with a gym I was there last Thursday after 2 pm … but my rating is to the manager how was lying about the policy that’s boots (clean boots)not allowed at the gym and he ask my to leave!!

Fantastic experience: Since joining snap Redcliffe not only have I started achieving my goals, it’s a very welcoming and a good environment to be in. My personal trainer fletcher has also helped me a lot with my progress and just having someone to talk to when needed

Fantastic experience: The gym reno has been amazing - 2 deadlift platforms, deadlift bars, plus great staff who always provide good banter. Nikita is a motivating PT and is always on top of program adjustments, making my training pregnancy-friendly.

Fantastic experience: Hands down the best gym environment for new people getting Into the workout grind. Helpful staff, great personal trainers, plenty of equipment and is always clean. Always an amazing vibe and everyone is just so helpful and happy. I've never felt intimidated, creeped out or shy in this gym and I'm antisocial at the best of times. Always a subscription deal at the end of the year, start of the year and black friday so there is no excuse for it being to expensive.

Negative experience: Rip off. On top of fees they charge $59 for an access card when you sign up but only refund 29 when you return it on cancelling membership. So when you sign up for a special $4 Per week, you actually have to pay 2 months minimum, sign up fee, card fee. Asked if I might reconsider cancelling - no way, just on principle

Fantastic experience: A great club to train at, and the manager, Rob, is a great easy going guy that takes good care of the place. What's also good is that they have some group classes including an abs workout led by Nikita that is awesome. Rarely see equipment out of order.

Fantastic experience: Loving the vibe I get every morning session from the staff and memebers of Snap Readcliffe. I’ve been having 1:1 PT sessions for 3.5 months with Josh and I can say I love the results. The sessions are always fun, exciting, grulling resulting in loads of sweat. I would defiantly recommend Snap Redcliffe and Josh for great PT sessions!
