Fantastic experience: The Lady I saw here was wonderful I was in agony even breathing in hurt like hell, this happened after a massage, it's just one of those things nobody fault. The Dr's were at a loss they tried everything but couldn't find the cause of my intense pain. This Lady went over me with a fine tooth comb spending time to carefully probe in the end it turned out to be a simple Muscle Spasm, I didn't know they were so painful I still get it every now & then but not as bad as the 1st time. I also use the Southcare Hydro Pool where they are really great the guys make it both professional & fun combining healing & humour. I would recommend Southcare Murdoch anytime.
Fantastic experience: I attended Southcare after my total knee replacement, firstly with Roman and then Jake. I loved my hydrotherapy lessons and I feel they were beneficial to my rehab. It was great having a physiotherapist in the pool to discuss progress and to review the exercises I was doing(both in and out off the pool). I also had a few sessions outside of the pool to work on what was needed. I couldn't recommend these guys enough. I was just signed off 6 months post op by Jake. He set me up with exercises to maintain my strength going forward and I'm feeling good about the future.
Fantastic experience: After a total hip replacement I saw Jake for post op exercises. Jake was amazing and the exercises and hydrotherapy helped me get back to normal.
Negative experience: VERY DISORGANISED. I was referred to South Care by my obstetrician after having a baby 10 weeks ago. My first appointment I made was cancelled with one hour notice , I had already organised care for my children and was ready to go. Very annoying. Found out later physios kids were sick- fair enough. Ok. Second time I went and saw Claire- , the appointment was fine, no relief from symptoms however- she stood in reception with me and made my next appointment. I showed up today to be told my appointment was made and cancelled on the same day- an obvious receptionist error. They also didn’t have some of my details I filled in a form for last time and I had to repeat those to the receptionist. Here I am - in pain, in the waiting room, having left my baby and toddler home and organised the morning around this appointment to be told there was nothing for me and they don’t know how this happened .. infuriatingly disorganised place. It takes a lot for mums with tiny children to get anywhere alone. I told South Care I won’t be back and to send my file to my regular physio. An absolute waste of time, so cross I waited 2 weeks for an appointment only to be turned away on the day. Edited * a polite and apologetic lady from management called me a few days later to covey they couldn’t explain what happened and offered to make me another appointment- I politely declined.
Fantastic experience: As always, first class care from the moment you walk in to the end of the session. All health care should be this good.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience. They were on time and friendly staff. David treated my neck pain and did a fantastic job. My neck pain was so much better then before and i left feeling much better. Very good customer service.

Positive experience: Friendly staff with a great knowledge for various injuries recovery.
Fantastic experience: I visited Ashlee at 6 weeks postpartum to assess my pelvic floor function and to check for abdominal separation. Ashlee was extremely experienced and knowledgable, she also made me feel very comfortable and reassured. She assessed me and gave me a plan to follow and then I visited her again a few more times and each time my pelvic floor had improved and the small abdominal gap I had initially had disappeared. I was extremely happy with the service that Ashlee provided and I have since been recommending her to all of my pregnant friends and clients for postpartum care.
Negative experience: Seen a women's health physio, focused more on my continuance issue which is mild than my pelvis pain that i have been experiencing.
Fantastic experience: Experience with women's health and pelvic floor specialist physios has been extremely positive. Physios have been very experienced, understanding and make you feel comfortable. Have also been on time for each appointment!
Negative experience: NO STAR. This is a business only interested in making more money rather than being ethical and honest. I do not recommend Southcare physio practice at all as the physio has not listened to my needs and I was charged for a service that I actually did not receive.
Negative experience: My surgeon referred me for physio and hydro. I hadn’t walked in four months and toes had atrophied, and he literally wanted me to just stand in warm water and start gently weight bearing on my foot. I went next door to Southcare where I was told I would have to join a group class. No matter how I explained to the receptionist I can’t stand or walk, she reiterated too bad as they don’t work with individuals. Completely outrageous and beggars belief that they own the hospital hydro pool but it’s obviously not for rehab patients. I had spent thousands of dollars years ago doing pregnancy classes there too. Not good enough.

Negative experience: I’ve had good experiences with physio treatments in the past, but more recently I’ve been on time or appointments and physios have been running 10-15mins or more late. Their reason is that if patients are running late, there’s nothing the physio can do. Cutting short the late client’s appointment or calling upcoming clients and warning them would seem reasonable; I have to work, too.
Fantastic experience: Amazing place. From the friendly and helpful reception staff to the physio's each step of recovery is made easier and easier with the team that work here
