Fantastic experience: Loving fernwood! We use the crèche for baby and she's very comfortable and feels safe in there. The crèche is really close to the open gym area so I'm comfortable knowing she's right there. The gym is very clean and has a nice calm atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: Extremely happy to have found such a welcoming local gym. Great range of classes and range of equipment for personal workouts. Love the reformer pilates sessions.

Fantastic experience: First time stepping foot in a gym and everyone is so lovely! The classes are great and the equipment is of good standards, the kitchen area and kids creche is an amazing touch too, great value

Fantastic experience: A great fitness club. I've been a member for 3 months now. I love the atmosphere, the process and the result. Big thanks to my favourite instructor Roxy, who always addresses all ladies by names (tens, if not hundreds of us), gives clear instructions, supports through the trainings and encourages to not give up! I love fernwood community ❤️

Fantastic experience: Made to feel welcomed from the getgo and the staff are well trained and can help you over come any health obstacles, they listen to physicians and then adapt so you receive the best outcomes.

Fantastic experience: From day one I’ve absolutely loved this gym! From the friendly staff to the amazing facilities and equipment they have to offer. It’s been such an amazing experience and feels like a home away from home with how warm everyone is. I love all the different challenges they offer and classes they have, so much diversity to suit every women! 11/10 for sure!!!

Fantastic experience: Such a beautiful, uplifting and supportive environment! Between the wonderful staff that are always happy to lend a hand, make classes accessible to all and motivate everyone who walks in the door, to the wide variety of classes offered and equipment on the floor, this gym goes above and beyond!!

Negative experience: I joined this gym under a free 1 month trail membership and I’m very upset to say they have decided to change me over $1000 because I quit before the trail was up, apparently you only have 48 hours to decide if you want to stay with the gym even though it is a 1 month free trail, be careful if you wish to join this gym they have hidden fees they DON’T tell you about so they can charge you more then what the membership is worth when joining if I had known this I would never have gone in to sign up for a free trail

Fantastic experience: This is my second home in Perth. Joining Fernwood gym was the turning point for my life! I kept brining myself, literally bringing myself somedays! during last 2.5 years. I managed to heal my postpartum knee pain and also my postpartum depression. The next year I had a major health journey/ surgery and I kept coming to my favourite place and again regain my physical strength. The staff are super friendly. They treated me respectfully when I had my walls up and now they are among the first ones I am sharing new chapters of mine! My now 3.5 year old daughter feels happy since day one. She grow up with the amazing staff at crèche. We both love everything about Fernwood❤️

Fantastic experience: Such a beautiful and encouraging gym. From a warm welcome as you enter everyday, to the motivating classes you'll call this your second home. Joining Fernwood is the best thing I could do for my confidence and well- being. They have great maintenance of the facilities and impeccable hygiene practices catering to the current times. Love using the Fernwood app to cook up something yummy and healthy after my workouts too! The ONE gym that supports your fitness journey and has such a positive impact to your lifestyle. 6/5 Stars for me!

Fantastic experience: Really enjoy the range of classes on offer at Fernwood, Myaree. Instructors are friendly and enthusiastic. The gym itself has a positive vibe. The facilities are clean and well maintained.

Fantastic experience: The team are so friendly, positive and supportive of your fitness journey and goals no matter what age or size you are that it feels like you're part of the family. Love how they are willing to mix it up and offer new classes for us to try, and the themed events add to the fun and positive environment. They really stepped up when Covid-19 shut them down, with a fantastic range of classes made available online for members so they could maintain their physical and mental health.

Fantastic experience: I love Fernwood. The classes are great and easy to book in. Staff are always friendly and helpful. The instructors that I have and havre had in the past are extremely professional and so nice - makes me feel good especially when I’m out of sequence as I have no co ordination and always getting the move wrong Thanks Fernwood

Fantastic experience: I really love all of the staff here at Fernwood, everyone is very welcoming and help you to reach your goals. I was under the impression from the website timetable that the FIIT30 classes were included with membership, but you pay extra for those (Good info for newcomers that I didn't come across on the website when I was doing my research). I did a trial for a couple of weeks and am now locked in for 12 months I love it so much. Great range of classes and class times to suit all.

Fantastic experience: Have been with Fernwood Myaree for almost 10 years. I love this ladies’ gym. Classes are on scheduled and very professional trainers for each class. Smiling faces everywhere

Fantastic experience: The Fernwood family are amazing! I take my 2-year old son in with me as he loves the creche. He has so much fun, and I am confident and comfortable leaving him there due to the friendly staff members. I think this year has been tough for everyone, and Ferwood have made it a whole lot better!

Fantastic experience: I would like to say that from my first phone call inquiring about membership through to the induction, the process smooth, friendly and knowledgeable. All the Personal Trainers, and I’ve had the pleasure to train with all of them, are understanding if you have any injuries and adjust your program to suit. The facilities are spotless, the equipment is varied and the classes they offer on a timetable are extensive. I love being part of the Fernwood Melville Community. Fantastic experience: The staff at Fernwood Melville are not only professional but also extremely friendly. The equipment is well maintained and the facilities are always clean & tidy. The program of classes offered are diverse & well spread across the week. I personally love the FIIT30 program, the classes are small & there is a real focus on making sure you’re completing the exercises properly to gain maximum benefit. Each instructor has her own style which keeps it fun & interesting. I’ve achieved better results in a shorter period of time compared to previous gyms. I credit this to the encouragement & support I get from the staff, particularly Lisa who pushes me past my comfort zone but is also aware of my limits. Thank you Fernwood Melville....I love being part of your club.

Negative experience: Entered facebook comp 3 months ago and won a decent prize. But communication appalling, obviously waiting for $0 joining fee to end, before contact. After finally being contacted, only to be told, can't use prize unless you join. Will look elsewhere. Getting a reply, 3 months after the fact is definitely poor communication. Especially since I already talked to manager, a few days after. So contacting me 3 month's later, saying call manager to discuss. Please be aware people of certain situations. AND ALWAYS READ REVIEWS.!!!!

Fantastic experience: The ladies at Fernwood Melville are one of a kind! They have been through so many struggles with COVID-19 this year but opened back up with friendly faces and new hygiene routines. I love the variety of classes on the timetable, offering a range of choices on different nights. All the staff are incredible, very helpful and attentive. It really feels like this place and all it’s members are one big family!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this gym! Can't speak highly enough about the group fitness classes, the hygiene of the gym and the friendliness of the staff.

Negative experience: I had decided to join up after hearing how great of a gym it was. I joined and made all my 3 appointments to get me started on my journey, my first two appointments got canceled on the same days of appointments and I had received text messages confirming the times and showed up early but was told when I arrrived I was late.. I showed them the confirmation text and they said sorry that’s wrong but we can’t see you now you will need to reschedule... only other available time was 2 weeks away. Highly don’t recommend unless you like being screwed around! Note: I had left work early from NOR to attend these appointments. I have since canceled my membership due to unprofessionalism

Negative experience: Bare in mind that if you want to cancel you will have to pay 2 x fornightly payments aswell as paying $300 at the end. dont get sucked in its not worth it for what you get.

Fantastic experience: I visited from Tasmania and went to this gym lots over the few weeks I was there, as a "sister" from another Fernwood gym. They were so welcoming and accommodating, with friendly, helpful and encouraging staff, great equipment and facilities and a fantastic class timetable. I never felt like I was a second class citizen, even though there was no direct benefit to Fernwood Melville from my being there. Thank you for making me feel at home and like part of the family - if I lived in WA I would definitely become a member!

Positive experience: Just a note to beware that if you want to cancel a membership and you do it on the day they take out a payment for a fortnight you will then have to pay two more (1 month) payments. This is effectively giving them 6 more weeks of payments. So please be aware of they day your payment is taken out and cancel before that date.
