Fantastic experience: Fitstop Unley is such a welcoming environment where everyone feels included, and we have the opportunity to build a supportive community that motivates each other every step of the way. Ben is always around and genuinely caring, regularly checking in on how members are feeling throughout and after the workouts. The coaches are amazing too! I highly recommend it! ‍♀️

Fantastic experience: I normally train at Fitstop North Hobart, and while visiting Adelaide, I dropped into Fitstop Unley for a few sessions, I'm so glad I did!! The team was so welcoming, the vibe was awesome, and it genuinely felt like a home away from home. Ben and Brigette are amazing trainers, can't thank you both enough for having me! Fantastic experience: Fitstop Unley is absolutely fantastic! From the moment I walked in, I felt completely welcomed, which isn’t always the case with gyms. The atmosphere is so inviting and friendly that it immediately put any nerves I had to rest. Unlike some other gyms that can feel intimidating, Fitstop Unley has really created a space where new members feel right at home. Brigette is an amazing trainer who brings so much energy and positivity to every session. She’s incredibly supportive, making sure everyone feels comfortable while still pushing you to achieve your best. Ben has also been wonderful – he made the whole membership process so simple and stress-free. It’s clear the whole team is passionate about creating a great experience for their members. If you’ve been hesitant about joining a gym, I can’t recommend Fitstop Unley enough. The vibe, the trainers, and the community are all top-notch. A definite 10/10!

Fantastic experience: A great place to train and improve fitness. A previous F45'er and recent convert to fitstop the workouts are a decent step up in cardio and a lot more weights available to push further with. A higher standard of trainers also, makes it great place!

Fantastic experience: Great programming and amazing coaches. Caters well to diverse fitness levels. Having come from a CrossFit background this provides a great sustainable approach to strength and conditioning whilst maintaining some barbell movements. Recommended

Fantastic experience: This is the place for group training. If you want trainers who know what they are doing then Tick. Whilst its a young studio, it is an outstanding studio for hard work and vibes. I've trained in a few in the area but this place supasses them all. The trainers Sam and Alex are elite and your training will see the results, fast.

Fantastic experience: As an introverted person, I didn’t think group fitness classes were for me until I went to Fitstop Unley. I’ve already met some great people through the sessions - there’s a real sense of community. The variety and pace of the exercises in each class are great. The coaches actually care about how you’re doing not only in each session, but between sessions too. They always have time for one on one help and are great at keeping the motivation up. Best of all, I’m already seeing progress in my performance from week to week. I’m so glad I took the leap to join and can’t wait for the next class!

Fantastic experience: Really enjoying Fitstop Unley. The trainers are really skilled and genuinely care about your progression. They move around the room really well and help you with your technique. It’s a great community feel and it’s the first group fitness I’ve really enjoyed. Lots of class options too so helps if you want to go morning or afternoon. Highly recommend!
