Fantastic experience: I have had memberships at all gyms in town including Advanced, 360 and Anytime and to date Planet Fitness is the best gym in town. Massive gym with new equipment, everything you need for a good workout, great atmosphere and the gym is basically staffed all the time and the staff are great, informative and friendly. Not only that, but the added black membership also includes great benefits like a water massage bed, red light therapy and free spray tanning. Definitely 10/10.

Fantastic experience: Staff are always friendly and willing to help. Joined with my sister a few weeks ago, love the range of equipment to suit anything from abs to legs and even an option for a 30 min express workout. Here’s to hoping I achieve my weight loss goals

Positive experience: It is inappropriate for male cleaning staff to clean women's lockers, locker rooms, and toilets. 3/1/2025 11pm

Negative experience: Place is a Joke. 24/7 not, scanner at door doesn’t accept my membership card or my barcode on the App.

Fantastic experience: Great facility, staff are always friendly and it has a very welcoming atmosphere. I go regularly, and enjoy the spa, as well as the classes.

Fantastic experience: Affordable, has an excellent range of equipment. Needed to be in Tamworth for a few months, so joined PF. Regularly did the classes with Nick, good trainer, he was motivating. They also have massage chairs and massage beds. You get all this for $10 a week on a casual basis. A great standard gym, good classes, and massage chairs, beds. - a bargain. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: nick the personal trainer was doing a class that ended in 3 minutes I needed a bench so I went to grab the bench and he said he needed. yet he didn’t use it in the last 3 minutes. Felt a bit disrespected and felt like I’m paying for equipment I can’t even use.

Negative experience: Disgusting place. no respect for customers. One of the staff didn’t even know about the work and rules and blame the customer as a lier. If you are not capable enough for any job don’t bother to do it.

Fantastic experience: We locked our bags in the supplied locker in the bath room. We were there for like 15 minutes going through all 10 thousands codes. Than an off shift worker Sam came and freed our bags. He is our lord a saviour

Positive experience: Near perfect facility, only concern is that there are several platforms around the gym that blend into the floor. Have nearly tripped carrying weights several times. Desperately needs hazard tape
