Negative experience: Their attitude on social is downright disgusting, who ever makes those posts is an absolute a-hole and shouldn't be allowed on social media if they're such a sensitive snowflake. Grow up. They host their own competitions so they can use their own rules and artificially inflate their competitors lifting numbers by finding whatever loophole they can in the rules to make the lifts as easy as possible.

Negative experience: No one at this gym has proper form and most of their clients will have spinal problems in the future. Their equipment seems good but their attitude on social media and lack of any trainers that know how to train safely makes me question ever going here.

The facility has been expertly set out and there is a huge amount of quality equipment. Awesome atmosphere and visitors are made to feel like part of the family. Great place to train and learn from some of the best in the country. Can't wait to go back again.
