Fantastic experience: Can’t recommend this place enough. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming and approachable and there is such a wonderful community feeling. I felt a little nervous heading back to the gym after some time away from training but I’m so glad I found this place! I was instantly made to feel really comfortable by everyone. I also love the set up of the classes and all the visual aids - it makes it super easy to follow along.

Fantastic experience: F45 Booragoon has an amazing spacious studio with beautiful staff. They welcomed me to studio with open arms while I was on a short stay while travelling Australia. It was great to have a conversation with the owner about general life. The studios house keeping and cleanliness is 10/10. The members in class were very friendly. Thank you so much for having me, one of the best studios I have been to in the f45!

Fantastic experience: Hands down, best choice I’ve made training at F45 Booragoon. All the trainers are super friendly and knowledgeable, and they take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you’re at. I train about 4 times a week and find the consistent positive trainers, awesome music and participants who take class create a perfect workout environment. I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Best place to train! I’ve been a member for 2 years now and have zero complaints. This has been the only exercise I’ve been able to stick to and consistently see results with. This is the friendliest and most supportive F45. The owners genuinely have a love of the studio and all members. The members are a mix of age and gender. Best part is I’ve made some incredible friends there. Can’t recommend enough.

Fantastic experience: I love being apart of F45 Booragoon! The owners Kerrie and Mike are awesome. They make working out fun, and celebrate all occasions. The trainers are equally great and work to encourage and challenge you depending on your goals. Would recommend :)

Fantastic experience: Great atmosphere, trainers are encouraging, personable and friendly - even the members make this place welcoming for everyone. One of the only F45s where you are encouraged to go at your own pace and make adjustments to exercises you aren't comfortable with. There is heaps of space to work out and facilities are well maintained.

The HUGE warehouse space is better than any of the other F45's I have trained at and owners Nick & Kate are absolute gems!
