World Gym Mackay

Fantastic experience: Best gym in Mackay. You've got any machine you need. The only bad thing is that if you are starting, it may be a little oberwelming as the people here are mostly monsters. It's the first gym I've been where half or more of the people are big as hell.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely loving World Gym! I’m so glad I made the switch a few months ago. The staff are always super helpful and friendly, and the crèche ladies are amazing—my 1-year-old gets excited every time we walk through the doors. The members are just as welcoming too, and I’ve already made a few friends. Such a great community vibe on top of an awesome gym!

Fantastic experience: Awesome staff, great smoothies n cookies, huge range of everything supplement n stuff. Good range of gym clothing and straps etc. gyms always clean. Manager is always out on the floor face to face with members making you feel important. Great creche for kids of all ages with friendly staff. More classes n PT training then you can poke a stick at. Go in for a look, won't be disappointed

Fantastic experience: My partner and I really enjoy training here! It has consistent busy periods, however it can easily be avoided. The staff are always super friendly and always greet us when we walk in. So glad we have both found a gym that we both enjoy.

Negative experience: Customer service was terrible We went in for a casual visit and had a look around the supplement section, and when we went to ask for the age requirements of the gym, the lady at the front desk said that there was heaps of cameras in a rude tone around, implying we were stealing supplements.

Fantastic experience: Love this gym! Staff are friendly and helpful. Facilities are well maintained. Classes from 5:30am - 8pm with heaps of variety - functional, HIIT & circuits, yoga & Pilates, cycle and Les Mills. Instructors are the best! Everything Fitness under one roof. And plenty of parking.

Fantastic experience: Spacious gym with lots of various equipment so when its busy that it doesnt feel crowded, great staff and I can get all my supps and gym apparel from. Plus amazing creche for my 1 year old and 4 year old. Side note: they make delicious shakes and coffee!

Just a great gym overall! Only downside is members don't put equipment back! Not everyone can pick up 20 kilo weights in the walking areas....

Lucas at the front desk made my visits a pleasure with hassle free happiness from the minute you walked through the door. Gym is equipped with everything you’ll ever need. Pre work out on the way in and protein bites on the way out! Couldn’t be more stoked with my experience. Best gym in Mackay by far.
