F45 Training Subiaco

Positive experience: I tried the free trial with a friend and was disappointed by the trainers (particularly a guy named Ethan). I've been to F45 in Melbourne and found that the trainers here didn't really focus on how people were going with their exercises. My friend, who is relatively new to this type of training, would do things with incorrect form, and in Melbourne, when others would do that, the trainers were quick to correct and help. Here, the trainers would just chat with others and not really do anything. I think if you're confident with strength exercises you'll be fine, but if you're relatively new this isn't the place for you.

Fantastic experience: I was travelling at the end of last year and had some time in Perth where I was able to get into Subiaco F45 for a number of sessions. Maka was the trainer every time & it was always, always, always a good session. He made sure he asked each time if I wanted to be pushed, and while all but 1 or 2 times I said ‘yes please’ — he made sure to explain the new movement and the progressions super clearly and had the greatest amount of encouragement. Also, he paid attention to the partnerships he put people into making sure that ability was matched — I think this is such a good trait to have as a trainer. Not only did it show that he was able to support the pair, but that he spent the time during all classes to watch and know the ability levels which was refreshing as sometimes at other studios, trainers walk around without interacting with the members. Overall, 11/10. Love everything about the studio!

Fantastic experience: Had a casual session here to try it out. I must say it was one of the most friendliest F45s I have been to. Olivia was super nice and accommodated to my needs. The class and the people there are great. The trainers are amazing and really motivate you while you train to push you to do that extra rep. Overall my experience was great. I signed up because of it. I would recommend my friends to go here!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely loved training at F45 Subiaco. Unfortunately I had to move away but couldn’t have enjoyed my time there more. Coaches were all highly motivating, happy and always willing to lend a hand in any way. Great community down there and will hopefully be back soon!

Fantastic experience: F45 Subiaco is the BEST studio I have trained at! I have been an F45 member for several years now, starting my training five years ago and the best decision I made was to join Subiaco. The trainers and manager in particular are what makes the classes so enjoyable. They are a team of educated, positive, happy and motivational people that encourage you to do your very best! The gym space is huge and has so much room for people who like to train in group sessions, yet have their own space! I love everything about this amazing studio and they have been soooo supportive for my mind and body ❤️ 10/10!!

Fantastic experience: The F45 facility at Subiaco is brilliant. Great location with plenty of parking nearby. The gym itself is large and spacious and works well for all classes. The people are what makes it; the owners and trainers are invested in ensuring members have a very positive experience. The studio is inclusive and very friendly and the training experience is made simple and fun for new beginners. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: An amazing community of people, supportive coaches who care about each individual and a great place to exercise whilst meeting new people! The coaches at f45 Subiaco make the experience so enjoyable and really care about both technique and you personally. I would highly recommend this studio because once you start you won't want to leave! Each day is a new workout so you never get bored and the progress you see over time is highly motivating. I have loved every moment at f45 Subi :)

Fantastic experience: Loved training at F45 Subiaco! Firstly what a a lovely team Becky and Jesse made teaching. We were welcomed with open arms, shown around and given all info needed. My wife and I were visiting as part of our holiday and looking for place to get our training in and we couldn’t have asked for more. We got a well rounded intense session to set us up for the day at the beach. What was also amazing Becky treated us like one of the family. That was such nice touch and completely unexpected. Thank you Becky! Highly recommend to locals and visitors. You won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: We’ve been members here for over a year now and love this place. Becky and her team are awesome coaches. We love the family atmosphere of the Subi Studio. We have also been to many other F45 studios in both Australia and abroad and this is by far the best.

Fantastic experience: F45 is a very addictive, hard-core, 45 minutes of sweaty HIIT work out. The personal trainers are knowledgeable, helpful and very motivating to push you to your limits.
