Fantastic experience: My partner and I couldn’t recommend Dan and his team enough to our friends and family. I started seeing Dan a year ago after I had been to several others with a crook back from deadlifts with no help. I was able to touch my toes again after one session with Dan He actually listens to me when I explain issues I’m having, fixes me there and then on the spot. Not like others where they keep trying to get you back in for weeks and rush the appointment. We now see him every so often just for our body’s maintenance and it’s always a good time in the clinic catching up and getting the body feeling it’s best. Clinic is very clean and a professional team.

Fantastic experience: Daniel has been fundamental in my recovery from laterjet shoulder surgery. He dedicates his time to the overall process and outcome, investing time into sessions (one hour) and holding me accountable to my rehabilitation outside of these, which has included utilising the Define Physio gym whenever possible. His professional, empathic and compassionate approach has given me space to work through the non physical side of the injury which has been just as important. I highly recommend Daniel and his team.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Define Physio for the last 4 months and Daniel and Anna are both very professional, knowledgeable and great at treatment in their respective specialties. I initially saw Anna for some women's health guidance and pregnancy planning. She was very thorough in her assessment (including an ultra sound), identified my weakness and explained concepts simply. She created a personalised at-home exercise plan and told me some available resources for later down the track. I then saw Daniel for an ongoing shoulder issue which he almost completely resolved after only a few sessions. I have been struggling with this issue for over a year and seen multiple practitioners so I'm very relieved. He is also very thorough with his treatment, identifying secondary areas that may be contributing to the pain and working on those too, not just the primary source. He is professional and friendly. I would recommend both Daniel and Anna for treatment in their specialty areas; it's helpful to be able to go to one practice for a variety of needs.

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t recommend James more. I’ve had ongoing lower back pain for the last couple of years. After moving between different physios, I can confidently say that James is the best and has a bright career ahead of him. This was the first time that I felt that my issues were understood and heard. We did numerous tests to confirm and plan out my treatment and rebab. Cheers James!

Fantastic experience: working fifo as a fitter its pretty harsh on the body and its given me a few lower back problems. I travel from south of the river up to see the best in the business I have found. I cannot recommend Dan at define physio enough. I can walk in limping and feeling like a twisted mess and after a few questions and some adjustment I literally walk out feeling amazing. The internet booking system is also very easy to use and if I have any questions I always ring and ask. Great guy friendly team and great location.

Anna was very friendly, engaging, and professional, and explained everything to me in easy to understand terminology. She carried out an ultrasound and I left fully informed with the appropriate exercises tailored to my needs. I would thoroughly recommend Anna to anyone looking for a caring professional women’s health physio - lovely new premises with easy parking too.

Fantastic experience: After doing more than 20 marathons + triathlon Ironman distance of 226klm x 20 times. Having 2 ankle surgeries and being told you can never run again is totally soul destroying. For Xmas my husband bought me 10 x AlterG treadmill running sessions @ Define Physiotherapy. I honestly didn't think it would be possible but after having a consult with Daniel, it was apparent that "I would be able to run again". Daniel is so passionate about helping people he really is second to none. I wish i'd known him a few years ago, he would have had me up and around in no time. I've now had 5 run sessions and am having some PT sessions with Daniel. I am extremely grateful. To do this was a dream, now a huge reality. Couldn't be happier. Thank you so much

Fantastic experience: Dan has been amazing managing my rehabilitation following ankle syndesmosis fixation surgery over the past few weeks. I went to see him as soon as I was cleared by my surgeon, and haven't looked back. The rehab program he's designed is the perfect combination of hands on treatment and practical exercises, and has got me back on my feet and feeling better after every session. He explains everything really well so I understand what, and why I'm doing things at each stage. To top it off, the whole space is lovely, bright and new, with a fantastic fully equipped rehab gym that patients can use (and an impressive collection of plants).
