Fantastic experience: Union Fitness Co. is by far the best gym I've experienced. I've wasted money on many gym memberships in the past when I've lost interest. But given I'm still going strong at Union after nearly five years really says something about the place. Union provides a service for our whole family and I'm grateful we have the opportunity to work out together. We've been able to establish good fitness routines for not only ourselves but also our kids. It's a very social place and I like being able to work out with and see friendly faces in each class. We've made some nice friendships through the gym and the coaches set up a really good culture from the outset.

Fantastic experience: I have had privilege to be a member of Union Fitness for the past 5 years. In that time I have witnessed, not only the professionalism of the staff but their genuine interest in the improvement and success of their clients personal fitness journeys. The atmosphere is friendly and resembles a “family” style environment with ALL egos left outside the front door! I thoroughly recommend this establishment for anyone who wish to embark on their fitness journey OR continue to improve their health and “kick those goals into touch”.

Fantastic experience: Member now for 5 years, part of my daily routine, union fitness keeps me functional for the physical demands of life and work Supportive and agile team, highly responsive and helpful, with great coms and in depth knowledge. Union fitness meets the needs of my entire family from 7 through to 47, the supervision and direction of coaches is excellent. Support of an exercise physiologist, massage therapist and physiotherapist onsite gives me easy access to any help I need. The members are friendly and supportive, plenty of space and access to equipment, couldn’t ask for more !

Fantastic experience: I have been with Union since they began 10 years ago. Over the years I have suffered from numerous sporting injuries which the professional and caring coaches altered workouts to manage my injuries and help with the rehab of the injury while including me in the classes so I felt I still belonged. Above all my family and myself find the atmosphere a pleasant place to keep fit at any level that you maybe at. Highly recommended Union Fitness Co to any and everyone.

Fantastic experience: Great facilities, coaches are very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Always ready to give advice on techniques or if needing to alter movements due to injury. Two years ago I broke my thumb playing sport and instead of taking time off from the gym I attended more classes as the coaches adapted the workouts for me so I could still attend. Very big up from me. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Great community feel! This newly fitted out gym is huge! Lots of space to move allowing everyone their own personal space to get focused and not worry about getting in someone’s way. Also plenty of equipment available even in a large class of 20-30 people. The gym culture here is a place of encouragement. Everyone here support each other which makes a great community vibe. Definitely worth a visit.

Fantastic experience: It’s been years since I had been in a gym, and I was very welcomed into Union Fitness. I had just 3 months to build some strength and conditioning before my 10-day trek in Nepal. The coaches guide you and show interest in ensuring you have an understanding of the correct technique for all exercises. The coaches have created a supportive community spirit at Union Fitness that I am proud to be part of. A special thank you to Coach Donna, you have made my return to the gym an easy and enjoyable one.

Fantastic experience: Union Fitness is the best gym I’ve ever been to. Workout routines are, in-depth, physically demanding and target certain muscle groups and movements perfectly. The staff are incredible. They go out of their way to learn your name from day one and support and encourage you in every session. There’s also special training days, workshops and an awesome Christmas party

Fantastic experience: Recently did a drop in at Union. I found the coaches to be top notch. Coach Kinny with a simple que had me doing the most efficient muscle up I have ever done, I left the gym on a massive high. So friendly and accommodating it was an epic atmosphere to workout in. I’ll be going back every time I am in Lismore.

Fantastic experience: This gym is the real deal. The classes are structured perfectly and allow you get the most out of each workout. The coaches are all very knowledgable and take the time to correct you where needed and encourage you to push to the next level. They have an in house physio which has helped me with a back condition that no other GP, physio or chiro has been able to fix. Over 15yrs of going to every type of gym imaginable and it has always been an absolute chore. Union fitness Co has changed that for me and I am forever grateful. Thanks guys

Fantastic experience: Union Fitness reset the standards for me of what a training space can be. Having degree qualified coaches, exercise physiologists and physiotherapists all in the one site offered us the confidence for me (50) to train alongside my 16 yr old son - both with vastly different goals A rare mix of real competence, fun and the best equipment with just the right amount of ‘getting amongst it’

Fantastic experience: If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I always drop in for classes whenever I’m in town and the coaches are always friendly and welcoming, as are all of the members. All of the workouts can be varied to suit any fitness level, and you’re never made to feel out of your depth or anything less than completely supported.

Fantastic experience: I Joined Union Fitness Co. 8months ago and it was the Best decision I’ve ever made in my life. NOT EVEN EXAGGERATING. I walked in as a beginner to CrossFit, nervous, shy, but determined to make a change. The coaches are the most experienced people I have ever come across. They’re engagement, support and encouragement of all members promotes the incredible welcoming atmosphere. I have never walked away from a session regretting my decision to go in the first place. I would always repeat to myself “the hardest part is getting to the gym”.. and that was the biggest obstacle I had to overcome ever day especially before/after work. I weighed in at my heaviest of 107.6kg when I first started. I currently weight 87.5kg . I’m Happier, Stronger, Healthier than ever have been before... My life as completely changed.. So THANKYOU Tim, Kinny, Jay, Jess, Lana, & Matty! ‍♀️

Fantastic experience: My partner and a friend were visiting lismore from Sydney to attend the Tropical Fruits festival last new year. We wanted to keep training while we were camping and the trainers and athletes at CrossFit2480 welcomed us with open arms! We were put through really awesome workouts and felt at home. Definitely visiting again
