Positive experience: Gym fees are in line with major players however this is definitely not the same case for the facilities, a few inexpensive improvements would go a long way, lights outside the property so you can actually see your way as you’re walking inside in virtually pitch black, a few air fresheners, closing off the squash court alleys as the smell and noise from muay thai really takes over the place. More than one drinker would also be nice. Overall it’s a not a bad gym but not great either, I feel the fees could reflect this a bit better.

Negative experience: Use to be a good gym but atmosphere has changed

Fantastic experience: Great local gym. Appropriate for all fitness levels. Good range of machines and free weights. I rarely go during peak times, when I have I have had no issue using machines or waiting. Everyone's quite respectful regarding disinfecting machines etc after use. Doesn't have they "fitness first" feeling which I like. It's a little more industrial and raw - good mirrors around too. They offer a bunch of classes including boxing which I see a lot of people enjoying. If you're in Hemmant / Belmont / Tingalpa and you like the gym, you ought to support a small business like this!

Fantastic experience: Great gym with friendly staff and good equipment

Fantastic experience: First session at this gym today... excellent PT, great staff, a huge range of machines and spaced out well. Really clean and wasn't busy at all. Update: about 9 months later... still a great gym. Never over crowded, covid safe etc. I just wish the sit up benches would be fixed.. both have broken foam bits for under legs and it makes you unbalanced so xant be used. Aside from that... still fab

Fantastic experience: This gym serves my purposes well, the building is huge and is separated into a number of rooms harbouring differing types of equipment. I don't feel like I'm working out with 100 other people in the same space like other smaller gyms where all equipment is in one biggish room. It's usually not busy during lunch hours and the staff are very friendly. Free access to Manly pools is a huge bonus as well as an onsite squash court.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of many gyms over the years. This is my favourite. They have a really good balance of relaxed and professional. There is heaps of space, up to date equipment, variety of classes and a barista coffee stand :-). Best of all, you can tell the staff actually want to be there. I find them to be genuinely enthusiastic and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Can,t wait till I can enjoy working out in my Gym again. Hopefully not too much longer to wait.

Positive experience: Facilities are okay but the swimming pool is a little bit too small.

Fantastic experience: This gym has everything. Cardio,weights,boxing room,aqua aerobics,suspension training,yoga,pilates,zumba,tingalpa45,accessto ManlyPool and is 24hr gym!

Fantastic experience: My children attend swimming lessons there and have been the last 6 years. Amazing teachers and staff as 1 of my children can be a little difficult at times. I highly recommend swimming lessons here. My children are strong and fit swimmers with many skills obtained.

Fantastic experience: While the opening hours are quite restricted, this is actually a 24 hour access gym. Heaps of space and equipment for a 24 hour gym. I love it!
