Negative experience: Stale gym. Constant harassment from the marketing team. Has a ladies only section but does not offer a men only section. The staff want absolutely nothing to do with you once you have paid your membership fee. Southern cross university gym includes the use of an indoor heated pool in the gym membership, you would be silly not to join Southern Cross university gym.

Positive experience: Many regard F Fitness as the best Gyms in the Northern Rivers, however Fitness Cartel Tweed Heads is a definite competitor. At F Fitness there is a $20ea per visit charge Charge for Non Employee / Non Approved Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists and Personal Trainers even if the client they are attending to provide services to a paid member. As far as F Fitness Wyrallah Road Lismore Location itself...... Pros: - Friendly Staff. They are Great! - A large Range of well maintained Equipment and Machines - Cleanliness. Everything is thoroughly cleaned by Staff Regularly - Lismore location has Great Accessibility for People with Limited Mobility. - More relaxed and less busy than F Fitness Goonellabah. Cons - The constant Background Noise played on the speakers is Brainwashing Rubbish and way too loud. It should be turned off. It greatly detracts from a otherwise positive experience - After tagging into a location you will usually get an annoying Spam TXT sent to your phone asking you to leave a Google Review. Leaving a review will not make these TXTs cease - Exiting the Car Park requires Extreme Caution during the daytime. When cars are parked along the street you can't see if traffic is coming up the road.

Negative experience: The gym has great equipment and a fantastic ladies section, but the staff are very unfriendly. If you’re looking for a welcoming, community-focused gym, this might not be the best fit. A warmer and more inviting approach from the staff would make a big difference!! * In response to your reply—please don’t try to mislead those reading the reviews. If you truly wanted to resolve the issue, you would have reached out to me directly. You have my name, my membership details, and I’ve been back multiple times. You’re able to send me marketing text messages, yet you haven’t made any effort to address the real issue with your staff. With that said, I do want to acknowledge one staff member who has always been exceptionally kind— a young woman named Arial.

Negative experience: They keep the AC's turned off even in extremely hot days. Not pleasant to train thete in hot days.

Negative experience: Worst gym I’ve ever been to. I’ve waisted money paying for the full year as I cannot train there. Every time I train I have to walk down the front and ask for the air conditioning to be turned ON. I’m crippled so walking is tiring. I spoke with the owner but he has no common sense when I explain the ceiling fans have summer and winter settings. Blow and suck. Atm one fan in one room is on blow. Blowing hot air from the ceiling down causing a wave of heat. The owner cannot comprehend what I am saying and makes no efforts to rectify the situation only saying he has another gym further from my home 40 km away. No mate. Fix the issue. At least refund my membership as I will never train there again due to Ill feelings over this. A bunch of kids run the gym. They do not maintain equipment and I have had to ask for lubricant spray to make machine have a smooth action. I’ve been training decades at scu Lismore. Never had any issues.

Fantastic experience: Gyms can be intimidating places to start your fitness journey, but since joining F-Fitness in Lismore, my confidence has grown immensely. The gym is huge, and is such an approachable and friendly place to learn and meet people. The personal trainers are all lovely, and the gym staff always give a warm welcome. I feel very much at home at F-Fitness gym :)

Fantastic experience: F-Fitness has the best facilities. Their spaces are clean and the layout is great. I feel super comfortable going to the gym now which I hadn’t really felt at other gyms. So worthwhile checking out, the team is super friendly. Also their pilates classes are the best!!

Fantastic experience: A gym where you feel comfortable and the staff are always happy to see you. Heaps of machines and areas to use. The Pilates studio is well set out with plenty of reformers and another element of the facility that I use. The sauna is always clean and ready to use. This gym has it all!

Fantastic experience: It was a no brainer when F Fitness offered as their Winter Special - take out 2 x yearly memberships & get the 2nd one 1/2 price + free tee or sweatshirt each. Although my son & I have different fitness goals we both get along for a workout if not everyday every second day. Always found staff to be very friendly & helpful. The range of equipment is comprehensive, so you can develop your fitness, endurance & body tone as you please. Air conditioning, cool water dispensers & relaxed vibe invite us back.

Positive experience: A really good gym with a large range free weights and machines. Plenty of cardio machines as well. Finding your way around first time can be tricky as there are several different exercise areas on two levels.
