Fantastic experience: The range of equipment is fantastic, the facilities are always spotless, and as a woman I always feel safe training alone. Even during busy times there are enough equipment stations to not delay a workout. Great little functional room which is a bonus. Really friendly people and Alyce is a powerhouse who is always happy to help!

Fantastic experience: My fitness journey here has been a GREAT experience! At 55 yo, I’ve never joined a gym before, so wasn’t sure if I’d catch on or stick with it. But the group classes, supportive staff, friendly atmosphere, and excellent facilities have made it one of my best health/life choices. I love it. If you’re looking for a gym in Lismore to meet your needs on every level, you’ve just found it.

Fantastic experience: This is a really nice gym. It’s not too big and has a great range of equipment, machines as well as plenty of free weights. It’s always VERY clean. There’s a well equipped group fitness room, and the vibe is friendly and easy.

Fantastic experience: I finally found a gym where I feel comfortable. The staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and valued. The music isn’t loud like other gyms and it’s more about getting healthy than people looking at themselves while they’re “pumping iron”. I wish I’d found this gym earlier.

Fantastic experience: Unparalleled in all aspects! The team at Stepz Lismore have a genuine drive to see what they refer to as their “fit fam” succeed, grow, and learn about fitness and health. Alyce, who heads the team has created an environment in which all people no matter what age, fitness level or workout pattern feel comfortable, safe, and above all, supported. Ash, who is a trainer there works tirelessly with her clients to help them achieve their fitness goals. The rest of the team celebrate with you as you kick goals and grow as a member and a person. I recently left the area, and was forced to put my membership on hold. Other gyms in the area cannot match the overall cleanliness, amazing top notch equipment, and most importantly, the staff and its members. Cannot recommend this gym and its crew enough. Big love to Stepz Lismore ❤️

Fantastic experience: A friend recommended Stepz Lismore to me when I first floated the idea of joining a gym for the very first time (I have always been quite allergic to the very idea). I'm so glad I joined! I already feel stronger and healthier, and I have been made welcome and shown the ropes by Alyce. I've felt encouraged and supported, yet allowed to go at my own pace and not feel overwhelmed or pressured. I'm glad I took that (irrationally) scary first step and joined up.

Their dedication and guidance to help me chase my fitness goals goes above and beyond! Stepz gym itself is super clean, has fantastic equipment and a super friendly feel to it. It caters for everyone from beginners to professional athletes. The classes are all super fun and friendly, I've made so many friendships, not only in the classes but also on the gym floor. I love my Stepz family, very supportive and socially fun aswell. Couldn't recommend it more!

Fantastic experience: I have been attending Stepz since October 2033. I was at a different gym and really wanted a change if scenery. I really appreciate the friendly environment of Stepz. The gym always feels very clean and hygienic. There is a great sense of pride from both the staff and patrons. It’s clear aswell that Stepz really backs and supports the Lismore and Northern Rivers community. There is a great range of equipment both for weights and cardio. I appreciate the room where there is more access to weights, kettle bells, etc. if you are new or an old hand when it comes to the gym environment I highly recommend Stepz Lismore.

Fantastic experience: I have found this place to be very safe, very clean and hygienic with extensive range of very well maintained and modern equipment to cater to my indoor strength and cardiovascular conditioning needs as an outdoor rock climber, surfer, and triathlete. The staff are wonderful and I have noticed people from different age and gender groups with varied programs and training goals come to train here. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: If there was a 30-day notice policy, you should have said it again when I cancel. Because we returned two keys on the spot, and you said it would definitely be canceled in three days. I had already returned the key to you myself. So my money was wasted! A really bad manager who cheats on customers I would never recommend this place

Fantastic experience: I joined Lismore's latest gym very soon after it opened as it offered not only the most modern and brand new equipment but also it's location is very central to all shops, services and amenities that is available in the CBD. The staff and personal trainers are very friendly, helpful and committed, making one feel comfortable in the gym environment. This gym is suitable for all ages and levels of fitness, as well as people who may have a disability, as my son has, and who is presently doing personal training there. And the membership fees are very competitive.

Fantastic experience: The staff are very helpful, warm and welcoming. All of the equipment is new. I personally followed the manager (Alyce) from another gym. She helped me lose my baby weight after baby #1 and get me ready for my wedding in 2019. I wouldn't want to train anywhere else and to top it of membership prices are the cheapest I've found anywhere in town
