Zap Fitness 24/7 Kings Meadows

Fantastic experience: Declan keeps the gym in great shape. The only thing I would like to see is some trap bars. They add more variability to routines and alleviate wait times and the need to move equipment like dumbbells to other areas from the frequently busy part of the gym. A lot of us train for strength and this adds to the appeal of the gym when bulky equipment may not be an option

Fantastic experience: you can go in, do your working out, and go out. there’s a place to put your bag, a water fountain to fill your bottle, and a restroom too. if that’s all you’re looking for and you live nearby, then this gym is perfect

Fantastic experience: The staff have been super helpful getting me started - nothing was too much bother. It really helped me to get started. The atmosphere is open and friendly - it’s a nice space.

Negative experience: The layout is great but unfortunately due to there not being frosted windows I never come here anymore. Not sure why Zap management thinks it's okay to expose their members like that especially at night. It's an invasion of privacy and safety. Edited to 1 star upon seeing the same old terrible corporate spin in response to other reviewers. Cancelled my membership too.

Negative experience: Gym is pretty good but why take out the frosted windows? It's pretty average training at night when everyone can see in looking at you train as they walk by. I cancelled my membership for this reason.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff, good equipment and well maintained.

Negative experience: The Reno looks great, shame they didn't frost the windows as well. I won't be working out here for that reason alone. It's uncomfortable to work out and have pedestrians staring at you from the street. Not to mention, when I visited during staffed hours, not a single person was actually using a towel or wiping down equipment, and staff weren't enforcing it.

Positive experience: Needs some TV's to watch in front of cardio equipment and the glass frosted so people outside cant look at you while working out. (Its a bit off putting being opposite a food van, supermarket and pub on the main street)

Fantastic experience: I have a pleasant clam and relaxing experience over here, the staff and team members are so friendly that the signing up process was really smooth. They love talking to there members and they always listen to you and provide you with the best possible training and fitness solutions. I feel so much at peace working out in the gym. Equipments are world class, clean and they feel really comfortable. Thank you Zap and to the hardworking team

Fantastic experience: Kings Meadows Zap is a great facility. The equipment is always clean and well maintained. The manager is always courteous and friendly to all her clientèle. Would recommend this centre to anyone looking for a great friendly gym

Negative experience: Only wanted 1 months membership. Got put on a contract and by the time I realised they were still charging me and went through the 30 day cancellation period I’d paid for 3 :( So much for flexibility

My local branch is super conveniently located which makes it easy to stick to a daily routine and worth going even for a quick workout. Always equipment available and a great atmosphere. I'm still going regularly after a year of membership so that speaks for itself
