It's fit as bro.
I've been to all of the gyms in Launceston. This is my equal 1st choice. I love the format of HIIT training. They make it so easy. You turn up, train hard for 45 minutes, then leave. The trainers do all of the setup and pack up for you.
Friendly and fun. A work out that u will want to come back to.
