Fantastic experience: Easily the best gym I’ve ever been part of. The coaching is elite! Very knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in helping every member move better, get stronger, and stay injury-free. They don’t just run the classes; they actually coach you. The community is an absolute vibe - everyone is welcoming, supportive, and here to do the work. No ego, no cliques, just good people pushing each other to improve. Always having a laugh there too which I’m a huge fan of! The facility itself is spotless, well-equipped, and clearly looked after with pride. If you’re looking for a gym that actually cares about your progress, prioritises good movement, and fosters an unreal community vibe, Unite S&C is it. I can’t recommend it enough!

Fantastic experience: Could not recommend Haylee and Matt and the team at UNITE more. After recently signing up and having no CrossFit experience, the coaches have been extremely patient, helpful and supportive. The workouts are always well programmed and we always do a solid warm up and cool down. The facility is excellent, with lots of high quality equipment and is always kept extremely clean. I am so glad I signed up with Unite.
