Fantastic experience: In December i started back at ATI adult kickboxing classes however i have been part of the ATI family since 2008. When i started i was 7, now i am 24 and the emphasis on mentorship through positive reinforcement, achevements and self esteem is like none other. I have personally seen H Freeman turn into a positive male mentor and rolemodel from when he was a teenager to an adult, he along with the ATI Midland team have over 15 years experience working with children and teenagers and are trusted and credited with skills that can only be inherited with time and patience. I also want to add, The training and fitness aspect is great especially as an adult who has taken a hiatis and is getting back into training, its good to use some of the skills i learnt a decade back on the sparing mat along with many new techniques. Like his father D Freeman who was my Mentor and Male rolemodel when i needed it most, H Freeman has become exactly that following in his fathers footsteps, teaching the young men of tomorrow on how to instil displine, positive self esteem and guidence though a safe and welcoming environment. Positive male mentorship is what our communitiy NEEDS and IS what made me the man i am today. If i can say that thoughout all these years, maybe it might be a good idea to take a couple free classes at ATI Midland and signing on. Thanks Evan Todd.

Positive experience: The instructors at ATI Midland have been fabulous and the program is teaching our son excellent skills for the future. I just want people to be aware that you are locked into your contract for the entire period, there is no notice period to cancel your membership. So understandably 5 year olds can want to move on to other things and change interests (and there's only so much time in the week to fit in all their activities) but even after participating for over 2 years, we'll have to keep sending our son for another 5 months (even when he doesn't want to) because we are on a 12 month contract. It's like a 24/7 gym membership for an adult, except it's a weekly class for a 5 year old! I didn't fully understand this when we resigned earlier this year. I've never heard of this for other activities for young children. Just be aware of this commitment when you sign up and that it's quite an expensive activity when you add another $50+ each term for the graduation. It's expensive for what is provided (e.g. minimal equipment, facilities, lots of kids in the class (20+)).

Fantastic experience: Over the course of three years, my son has made substantial physical progress and developed a strong affinity for instructors Mr. Freeman and Mr. Aninon. Notably, Mr. Aninon's guidance has been instrumental in fostering his growth, offering a unique blend of instructional expertise and friendly motivation that inspires him to strive for excellence.

Fantastic experience: My son's been going for a few years and loves it. The coaches are all lovely and he looks forward to classes.

Negative experience: Well to say that the support from ATI Midland was great would be a lie. My child suffers anxiety which they were aware of when we signed up. When it came to the point where my child could no longer attend, they were more interested in what I owed them than my own child’s emotional safety. Incredibly disappointing response. I prepaid a grading and when she couldn’t attend, they would not refund. I do not recommend ATI Midland if you have a child who struggles with anxiety - owner does not care other than the bottom line - money.

Fantastic experience: My son has been learning Taekwondo at AIT Midland for 3 years since the age of 3 and it has done him the world for good with his discipline, he has learnt so much from the fantastic staff, Mr Freeman, Miss B & Mr A are the best, so patient with the kids and very knowledgeable at what they do, would highly recommend to anyone with kids or for adults who want to get into it.

Fantastic experience: I started my son at ATI midland 12 months ago after watching all the kids having a great time i thought as a 42 year old why not have a go at the adults class and it’s the best thing i ever did not only did i lose 12 kilos of excess weight i’ve regained and improved my flexibility massively i can’t thank the team at ATI midland enough for transforming me in to a new improved man.

Fantastic experience: This place is basically my second home. I basically grew up here. The facilities are good and the staff are really fun to be around. The instructors are very understanding and they try their hardest to make you reach the best version of you.They train you at your own phase and pushes you when you need it. Taekwondo is really great for fitness because there is muscle building and cardio. I did the sport side of taekwondo and they trained me really well and I learn a lot of good stuff. Because of the taekwondo I was one of the fittest at my high school. Sometimes I don’t realise that I’m getting fitter because it’s really fun and you get to interact with other people and friends. This taekwondo facility is so welcoming that it feels like a big family. I highly recommend it and you should join.
