Jetts 24 hour fitness Midland

Fantastic experience: Jetts is by far the best Gym facility, it has a good equipment to use when doing your work out, as well as you can do it at your own pace. So Jetts Midland keep it up!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this gym. it is clean and has good equipment and facilities for use. the gym staff are polite and connect well with their gym members, with the current club manager, Jadon, being the most friendly and helpful individual. the atmosphere at Jetts Midland is calm which produces a great working out environment.

Positive experience: Super Honest Review. Overall 6/10 (Give it 6 because I feel the owners want to do better but that brand wont allow it). Having spent a long time with Jetts and a good portion of my training at this gym I think its best to be real so it can help things grow. Midland Jetts is a fine gym with all the basic equipment you might need for a work out. As it goes on though some things have some been pretty consistently out of order (but are fixed up in due time). This just comes from the equipment getting a bit aged. Still works enough but is more break downs than I experienced at other Jetts. The energy in the gym is flat and near non existent majority of the time so its not a place where you feel like you are walking in to nail a work out, more just go in and go out. (But this is becoming the general trend with majority of Jetts as they stick with their original flat red, gross green/blue and gray scheme). Not to say a flat energy is bad as some prefer this when they train. Must be said to whoever is doing this, loud music doesn't equal loud energy. (This seems to only happen at certain times or during unstaffed hours. Yes I wear headphones, No Im not cranking my ears out to cover the sounds from your speakers every session). The club managers are nice and welcoming alongside the PTs but certain individuals playing their tiktoks full sound is not a vibe when they are standing at the desk and I'm getting warmed up. They have one consistent PT at this Jetts and a bit of a revolving door for the others. The consistent PT they have from what I have seen is well educated and trains his clients with actual attention and I like that about this gym. The club managers are always friendly and good to have chats with. One thing I need to add. I have trained with Jetts for over 6 years and now left. This stems from a final straw moment that sums up how out of touch Jetts is becoming with things. I watched a PT in this particular gym "training"... I'm assuming a client who pays money. To say it short, The level was not up to par and really makes me wonder if this person actually got qualified in at-least a Cert 3 and 4. Maybe consider checking if the PTs actually know how to teach something as simple as a cable curl or tricep extension before you let them "train" your clients. It does not hurt to quality check the staff who represent your brand because it was pretty poor to watch and overall just summed up that Jetts in general may not be paying attention anymore. And thats being honest.

Fantastic experience: Great studio for a reasonable price (currently 5 weeks for $5/week offer), $79 sign up fee and around $19 per week, no lock in and limited group class access (no Pilates). Staff is friendly and sign up process easy. Quite busy around 5pm but other times are fine.

Fantastic experience: I'd recommend Jetts Midland to anyone and I have regularly! I do so because the team at Jetts Midland is so very welcoming and client oriented. They do everything they can to really know you and assist in any way that they can, even if that's just with a laugh or motivating you before you session. The owner's, PT's, cleaners and clients all know one another and have time for each other thanks to the safe and welcoming environment that's been created here. I go here regularly and am grateful each time I do!

Fantastic experience: Jetts Fitness Midland isn't just a gym, they're a family. The trainers are pheromonal, have a passion for fitness and helping people achieve their goals. The facility and equipment are modern plus the aircon is amazing. My recommendation is to ask for Coby from The Jungle Academy to get you started on your journey or if you want to take your fitness to the next level. Thank you all

Negative experience: Unequivocally one of the worst gyms I've ever been to. They charged me twice for an access pass and took 3 months to refund me. My fob to access to building didn't work for the first 2 weeks so I couldn't even access the gym during my first fortnight of membership. They continued charging us during covid lockdown when the gym was closed. This gym is always dirty and the equipment is always sticky.

Fantastic experience: Great facility! Love PT Coby, such a warm-hearted legend that caters to clients needs/training styles and somehow makes exercise fun.

Fantastic experience: So good to be back here after isolation, welcoming easy going staff and Coby is even able to motivate me - and that's not easy. Finally a gym that feels human.

Negative experience: I cancelled my membership over a year ago, I have Visited the branch and filled out all necessary forms to cancel. I have then called several times to try get some sort of solution to no prevail, I just found today another charge from Jetts. I canceled my membership over a years ago.

Negative experience: Dodgy staff didn’t even inform me to renew my membership and tried to charge me double the price and joining fee when I wanted to sign up again thanks for nothing coby!

Fantastic experience: Nice friendly environment, staff are always good for a chat and help with anything you need. All around a great gym, haven't had a negative experience yet. Also their trainers are both friendly and knowledgeable, give them a try.

Negative experience: Be prepared to have to cancel your debit/credit cards with your bank due to clueless Jetts staff/dodgy business practices resulting in endless payments deducted, whilst your gym membership is on hold or cancelled.
