Zap Fitness 24/7 Launceston City

Fantastic experience: Went to have a look at the gym and was met with a very friendly and helpful member of staff, Bronte. She was very clear with the plans and forthcoming about terms of the contract. Made things very easy for me when deciding to sign up. Thanks Bronte!

Fantastic experience: Great vibes

Negative experience: It makes me sad and angry that they steal from me, since I am not in Australia, the administrators do not answer when I want to cancel the membership, and I still pay weekly and the penalties for not paying on time because I think that the administrator has already stopped my membership and I can cancel the entire debt, it is very humiliating that they do this to you and you cannot do anything, I complain here so that this does not happen to anyone, please, never go to this gym, because of the irregularities in customer service.

Negative experience: Cheating customers by free claims is how they do the business. They trap customers into contract. So be careful before joining them...

Negative experience: If you're easily satisfied and have extremely low standards. This is the gym for you.

Positive experience: The facilities are good but will we ever get a renovation like kings meadows ? We really need boxes and a proper stair master, our stair master respectfully sucks staff are great though, especially Billi-Jo!

Positive experience: signed a contract thinking when i turned 17 id be able to get a key card but randomly a new policy was implemented so you have to be 18 to get one. i should be paying less because it clearly isn’t a 24/7 gym for people under 18. if you’re under 18 i would not recommend this gym

Negative experience: After I signed the contract near every week “they fail to charge me” so then they charge me double the next day and magically it goes through. Complete scam would not recommend. They tried to blame it on my bank but my banks fine it’s their end that’s either failing and screwing over customer’s or they are scammers. Anyways I’m stuck in this loop now since I’ve signed the contract

Negative experience: I got a marketing call on a Sunday offering 1 month free if I joined that day. 1 month later they said they have no record of that offer and charged me a month fee just to cancel. No help at the gym just directed away to an off-site call centre. Not a good look for a local gym

Negative experience: The gym facilities are ok. The management team that run accounts are absolutely hopeless when it comes to customer service and I could not reccomend this gym to anyone who doesn't want to get caught out with hidden costs.

Fantastic experience: Amazing place. Always keep me in shape. But now it’s time for bulking up, mass building. Let’s go zap ⚡️

Fantastic experience: Large gym near Launceston with complete equipment.

Positive experience: Good gym, the treadmills are a little outdated and have weak motors which sometimes skip under high load which is very awkward while running. Everything else is good a clean as you expect from other zaps.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this gym - the staff have continually gone above and beyond (especially during COVID-19) and should all be commended for their professionalism. It's always clean and well organised, and the other members are courteous - even the serious lifters. Keep it up!
