Negative experience: We've attended many kids active programs organised by university staff over the years to give our kids a variety of activities during holidays. The management for this program however, was quite rude and rigid in its' program for the day, not taking weather warnings of extreme heat into account. When asked if they would be able to shuffle the program for a 39degree day for a 11-12pm AFL I was met with non cooperative staff manager who recommended the kids "sit it out". Both kids still played as they didn't want to miss out and my son came back with a severe neck and headache. When dealing with kids, I expect a better understanding of why flexibility is important to ensure everyones safety. Very disappointed and wouldn't recommend it.

Fantastic experience: My daughter loves going to murdoch active. Kids are mostly staying indoor.

Negative experience: Do not come to the gaming centre they have here, I don’t know about the rest of the facilities, but I came here once, thought the room was “sound proof” however the minute I yelled a bit to loud I was threatened, only came here once and frankly never want to come here again, much better places elsewhere, all other staff were pretty nice

Fantastic experience: Sport centre has good gaming alien ware computers. Free on weekdays for a few hours. Would be amazing to bring a big group of friends here! Also make sure you own the games before trying them here otherwise you have to play free to play games.

Fantastic experience: Great outdoor Tennis / Basketball courts, fairly reasonably priced ($20 for 1~2 hours). Great indoor atmosphere, very friendly staff, and it seems like it's always busy / active and everyone's having a great time.

Fantastic experience: Great place for fitness

Positive experience: 1. A little bit old 2. Not very large 3. No canteen service What I am talking about is just the sports centre close to car park 4, since I didn't visit other sports centers of Murdoch University.

Negative experience: Not a good place for variety of classes
