Negative experience: Do not do a free trial they will hassle you and call you even if you tell them to take you off the list. I've had calls weekly for months even though I've told them not to call me

Fantastic experience: After many years of ignoring the gym I joined Genesis Coaching Zone in 2018 and immediately found not only the workouts but the quality of staff to be absolutely amazing. They not only cater to your own levels of fitness but are always there to inspire you to achieve your goals. I honestly cannot speak highly enough of Haydn and his team (Josh and Rachel), and the gym has now become part of my day-to-day life.

Fantastic experience: Staff were friendly and very welcoming. Group class was absolutely amazing and walked away feeling fabulous. Gym is nice and tidy and easily accessable to me which is a bonus.

Fantastic experience: i was given a 5 day trial pass at genesis toormina and found the staff very polite and helpful. the gym also looked clean, tidy and well set up. i have since signed up with my son for 12 months and told several work mates.

Fantastic experience: I attended Genenis Tormina last week and was greeted by the lovely Rachel she was very helpful and went out of her way to help me sign up for the 6 week challenge good work Rach. I attended my first class on Thursday night and despite flaking out the coach Lisa was brilliant along with the other members of the gym helping me out getting on my way with my weight loss journey they all made me feel very welcome . lisa was able to help me with my fitness assessment on friday avo Iwould just like to thank the whole team at Genenis Tormmina cheers Dave B

Fantastic experience: This gym offers all the equipment you could need, the equipment and facilities are always clean and tidy. Very friendly and approachable staff. It is 24 hours and also supports fitness passport access. Love my local genesis gym!

Positive experience: The gym is fine and rarely busy. The staff is friendly. The option a free PT sessions and personal designed work out's are gimmicks and sales tactics, don't be fooled.
