Fantastic experience: Travel for work a lot and have dropped into many CrossFit gyms over the last decade. I would rate this as one of my favourites and drop in whenever I’m in Coffs. Always made to feel welcome and part of a group. Equipment, Coaches, Programming and most importantly the people that go there help to drag my body out of bed every morning and do some exercise

Fantastic experience: After having 2 major heart surgeries the last few years I needed some guidance with day to day health & fitness that was tailored for me & sustainable for me moving forward,I have received that & more at EvolveFC.Ethan & the team are very welcoming,encouraging & helpful for me when I need them to ask a question or just need that extra shove.The community spirit & inclusiveness of everyone at EvolveFC is great & the coaches are very experienced as well as having top level equipment.If your after a gym with a positive & motivating attitude EvolveFC is the gym for you.

Fantastic experience: An amazing place to workout. High end equipment, very spacious to give yourself enough room every workout and the best part is the people, you will find a home here and it completely embraces the “its for all”, very skilled coaches and athletes to push yourself and amazing group to also have fun while at it. Highly recommend giving it a try and you will see what I mean :)

Fantastic experience: Evolve is amazing. Fantastic facility, top equipment and great environment. It has friendly and experienced Coaches, it’s super clean and a comfortable gym for everyone from beginners to experienced athletes. Also has an area for young kids. A really fun place :)

The programming is top-notch, with well-structured workouts that cater to all fitness levels—whether you’re a beginner or looking to push your limits. Every session feels purposeful, helping me build strength, improve technique, and achieve personal goals. What truly sets this gym apart is the sense of community. From day one, I felt welcomed and supported by both the coaches and members. It’s an environment where everyone motivates each other, celebrates progress, and pushes through challenges together. The encouragement and positive atmosphere make every session enjoyable and keep me coming back. Fantastic experience: When I first moved to Coffs 2 years ago I didn't really know anyone. Through this gym I have met some great people and had a life changing experience that flows through to all areas of my life. I can't recommend Evolve highly enough, from the dedication and care of the trainers to the supportive environment and great people. After a year or so at Evolve, you won't know yourself.

We spent a week here while travelling through, James made the drop-in process easy and made us feel incredibly welcome from the start. Fantastic experience: Coffs Coast CrossFit is not a gym it’s a community where you just happen to get fit, strong, flexible and healthy. Everyone is there for different reasons however supporting each other seems to be a common denominator that happens incidentally due to the nature of the program. This helps to boost confidence, wellbeing and mental health. The coaches are present, knowledgeable, skilled and facilitate loads of fun. It’s like a family outing sometimes with grandparents, parents and children all training next to each other and having fun. The bonds and relationships this environment is growing is unique. I recommend CCCF to anyone from pregnancy, children to 100 years. Regardless of your age and health the coaches will work with you to understand your needs and goals.

Fantastic experience: Just a HUGE shout out the James and Matt from CCCF and the coaches Ethan A, Ethan R , Damon and Lilly for all your support and care you guys have given me after some time away from shoulder surgery and back to it . Also being able to use the open gym for recovery and finally back in the classes from last week . I have missed it so much and could not recommend a better place to workout . Thanks to the 5.00am class for welcoming me into your fold . Lastly if anyone is looking for a place to workout or even better join a CrossFit Box this is the place to go great coaching staff and owners always there to help and support your journey .

Fantastic experience: I've never been a huge fan of gyms, but was curious about this crossfit thing.. I literally walked in off the street and had a chat with James. Him and his crew are the best team around. In fact, since walking in the front door, everybody I have come across are so friendly, encouraging and welcoming. Its a really great space with a flexible timetable of classes to suit anyone's schedule. Whether you are new to Crossfit or not, I definitely recommend CCCF.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to CCCF for a year now & tbh I don’t think I’ll ever leave I love it! CCCF focuses on teaching proper technique and offer many variations during the workouts to accommodate everyone’s varying abilities. Likewise all the coaches and crew provide much encouragement and support so you are always pushing to improve or better yourself in a safe way. Finally CCCF is more than just a gym… it’s a community! Each and every person from staff to members are friendly, encouraging & genuine - plus we have a ball every class - even if we are cussing at the workout

Loved it, atmosphere, people and Coach Ethan made me feel very welcome and it was just like being back at my old box. Fantastic experience: one of the best family vibes from a gym environment you will get in Coffs Harbour. Was met with warm welcomes on my first visit. Whatever your goal James and the crew are there all the way to support and guide you. You will never feel out of place here no matter what shape, size or level of fitness your at. There is plenty of varity for all level of fitness. Did my first crossfit games recently and the support from all the members for all competitors was amazing. Have not seen this at any other gym. No-one is left behind.

Fantastic experience: Great CrossFit box to train at. Staff are friendly and helpful. I use the gym only for solo weightlifting training and the open times suit me well. The equipment is good quality and abundant. The facility is always clean and tidy ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: Recently, moving to the Coffs area, I have found Coffs Coast CrossFit to be a warm and welcoming community. It has helped me find new friendships, confidence and a sustainable workout routine, which I look forward too. Each time you walk into the gym you are greeted by one of the friendly staff or fellow gym members. The coaches are very knowledgeable and break down each skill, using a structure that targets various fitness levels.

I thought CrossFit was going to be hectic and full on, but they’ve opened up my mind to strength training. Fantastic experience: My daughter joined Evolve FC at the end of last year. She was nervous about entering this new environment but the staff at Evolve were so friendly, welcoming and supportive she felt comfortable and a part of the Evolve family straight away. She has thrived in her training with the trainers professionalism, knowledge and guidance as well as the encouragement of all members in this positive environment. I have also joined Evolve FC now and I love it. The trainers are fantastic at breaking down each movement, helping you achieve the correct technique and offering scaled options as you learn. It is great that my 16 yr old daughter and I can train together and share our fitness journey in this amazing environment.

All abilities with ZERO Judgement. There are no mirrors here, just this amazing inclusive and supportive vibe. It's like, you come here to have fun, and to be a part of something bigger and better than a gym, and while you are there you just happen to also get fitter and stronger in the process. If you are unsure, my advice to you.. just come and try. I think they even have a "try before you buy" option
