Fantastic experience: Oh my goodness, where do I start? This place is amazing and polefit has been life changing for me. If you are curious, please do yourself a favour and give it a try. It's the most inclusive, enjoyable form of physical movement I've ever been involved in. I cannot recommend this place more. I'm so happy I found this! There's personal training, lyra, aerial yoga.. probably more.. there's something for everyone there. Any age, shape, size or ability

Fantastic experience: Jacqui has created a welcoming safe and supportive environment for everyone, no matter your age or ability I never thought I would be able to do Pole and by chance I attended a trial class with some friends and that was a year ago And I just keep coming back and keep progressing My upper body strength has improved so much but I love the whole atmosphere and especially the class support Thankyou Jacqui for believing in older women
