Negative experience: The sauna alwasy smells disgusting

Positive experience: Gym and other facilities are great. Very convenient location.Classes though are few and modest- yoga is relaxation only, zumba is only the name, more for seniors. Also , it is a closed warehouse, therefore no fresh air or natural light.

Fantastic experience: Shout out to Callum one of the workers at world gym. He’s absolute legend and helped me so much with debit success and other inquiries at world gym. He’s always trying to make my experience at world gym Coffs great and he’s an overall great guy.

Negative experience: World gym called me and as soon as I answered their staff didn't say anything they just immediately put me on hold and didn't come back to the phone, just left me on hold.

Positive experience: 5 years

Fantastic experience: I'm just in town for 10 days and this place is walking distance. More importantly on the Fitness Passport (one of the few perks of being in public healthcare). They just needed a form to put me in the system and in I went. Have used the upstairs Cardio machines and downstairs cables mainly. Plenty of free weights and machines to suit all needs

Fantastic experience: Nice staff and clean environment I used this gym for a month, and they were happy to pass me through without having an assess card because I am not a local. You will always see gym cleaners trying best to keep their gym environment nice and clean! They have a variety of gym equipment working smoothly. They also have a sanua in change rooms.

Positive experience: Its a great gym but can you look at getting rid of tags and getting an app, or offering both? It's really common to see people outside early in the morning waiting to tag in with you because they forgot theirs and i don't want to risk my membership.

Fantastic experience: I did a 1 day pass when I was traveling the area. Probably the best gym I've been to in Australia. Equipment was high quality and well maintained. Locker rooms were well looked after and the staff were really friendly. Would definitely recommend l.

Positive experience: Gyms great, saunas terrible takes about 45 minutes to heat up if you have time and barely gets over 60 so not worth coming for that

Spacy and generous place clean, plenty of all contemporary machines I can think of ( there might be more, who knows )huge screen and hip music, a gallery where you can watch the people suffering while you do your cardio workout ( or not ), clean ! bathroom and sanitary facilities, mirrored spaces with GHD hair-dryer and styling equipment for the girls' hair plus infra-red sauna, lots of courses.. friendliness starts at the entrance and does not stop.Could go on and on Come and see for yourself

Positive experience: Edit to add: admin team was eventually able to fix this and process a refund so I think they deserved a better score :) Great gym space as long as your chill with them ripping you off in the long run. Have spoken to multiple staff to cancel my contract due to moving away and am still being charged 6 months after cancellation and 2 months past the original contract date

Negative experience: I just seen a sign on the front desk saying Coffs best gym. It doesn't have 1 medicine ball!!! NOT 1!!!!!! They have wall balls, but can't see where you could possibly even use them. They also have slam balls. No 45⁰ back extension rig either. When asked about it they told me I could buy my own and leave it there? Sliders would be a good add on also. They don't have the complete band variations either, 3 low tension bands then to higher tension bands with nothing in-between. Swiss balls aren't pumped to their potential. More input from management with necessary equipment is needed here.

Positive experience: Nice and quiet today. Machines were great to use and great customer service.

Fantastic experience: First up I am not a gym person so for me to rate a gym highly it has to be good. The thing I like most about world gym is that there is an upstairs weight machine area that is tucked away so those of us who are not quite so comfortable with display can quietly work out privately. The gym is also airy and roomy with equipment enough for everyone. Love the bathrooms, sauna and especially the showers!

Fantastic experience: Coffs Harbour’s newest gym. Great large area setup. Staff are super friendly and the space is great to work in with plenty of equipment to get your routines in even when it’s busy.

Fantastic experience: Great facilities, awesome staff, amazing workout equipment, All the members seem nice & friendly aswell, Highly recommend the classes with the personal trainers as they will be sure to put you through the proper paces ....the shakes in the Cafe are the best, I cannot recommend Kylies version of the "burn baby burn" shake enough.....she is hands down the best at making them!

Negative experience: Gave them my details to be notified opening date. Was told that my membership wouldn't be active unless I went in and activated it. Find out 4 months later that they had been deducting payments from my account! No refund or anything

Negative experience: People should READ and UNDERSTAND what they are signing up to in the contracts.

Fantastic experience: Staff is very friendly and you feel very welcome. The place is brand new and fitted with everything you can think of. Very large and very clean. Gym users are friendly and polite, haven't seen any bogans yet as in some other places! Aiden Molloy helped me with my training plan and is very well educated, motivated at all times to help achieve your goals. Am very happy with everything!

Fantastic experience: Joined today and wow amazing customer service! First of all we walking into everyone welcoming us, so friendly! There is an amazing cafe/sups shop where they sell coffee, protein shakes, protein powder, protein bars, drink fridge, merch and more. The gym is so huge and so much equipment, all brand new. Upstairs is cardio, room for bike classes, another huge room for classes and lots of machine's. Downstairs is huge with lots of benches, machine's, Crossfit area and more! The toilets have a sauna hairdryer, hair straightener and heaps of cubicles, so pretty and clean. Can't wait to train ‍♀️
