Fantastic experience: The team at snap Toowoomba are so friendly and have made me feel so welcome. I was extremely nervous to join a gym due to not knowing how to use the machines and knowing I don’t have much muscle, the team have taught me how to use machines and encouraged me, making me feel great and keeping me coming back!

Negative experience: I started my free trial this week thinking about getting a membership later, but I was shocked with the low cleaning standard levels in the gym. The equipment was full of dust, bathrooms with mould, and water tap yellow of the amount of mould as you can see in the photos. If this is how the place where you drink water looks, you can imagine how the other areas are like. It is important to be conscious about the importance of the hygiene after what happened with COVID and even more important in a place where sweat is left everywhere. This is disgusting and disrespectful with the ones that pay for a weekly membership.

Fantastic experience: This gym is by far the cleanest in Toowoomba. The staff are amazing and so friendly. They have a kids minding place and Kim is the best in the business when it comes to looking after your little ones. If you don’t go to gym to work out, you should go just for Kim to watch your little ones.

Fantastic experience: Excellent equipment, staff are friendly and ready to help with anything, trainers are knowledgeable and professional and best of all its open 24/7! Early morning or late night gym sessions are the best. Been here since the place opened several years ago. Free creche is a wonder for when I have to bring the kids with me. 100% recommended

The gym floor is always clean and equipment is well maintained, the members are respectful and there’s never too many people at once. Overall, Snap is a great facility - highly recommend!

Negative experience: Disgusting showers! They do not clean them regularly. I brought this up few months back to the gym manager and was told they do them daily, which it doesn’t. I have no choice at the moment to shower there as I’m currently doing bathroom renovations. Whoever they apparently hire to clean them need the sack or staff should get in there and do it when it’s required and properly clean them instead of sitting behind the desk doing f all.

Fantastic experience: Friendly gym to go to! Always kept fairly clean, I'm welcomed every time I come during staffed hours, and the staff are more than happy to help out with learning new machines and workouts! Thanks Snap!

Fantastic experience: Being a Trainer myself I’ve been to many gyms and this Snap Fitness is SO CLEAN and has a great variety of equipment. I look forward to it whenever I plan to train at this location. I also find the shower facilities really convenient for if I’m on the go and have plans after the gym.

Fantastic experience: As a Snap Fitness member, I was visiting Toowoomba and thought I’d pop in for a workout. It was such a pleasant experience; can’t speak highly enough. A warm welcome, clean facilities and got I got my session in while I was on the road!

Negative experience: This gym was really great when it first opened. Staff were friendly, gym had a good energy. Staff turnover is high, there is someone new every few weeks. The gym layout is not the best, they have lined all the treadmills in a row really close to one another, so close you can literally hold the persons hand next to you if you really wanted. They have placed fans on the side so when you're working out on them you get to breath in the persons breath next to you. You can literally smell all the BO of everyone on the treadmills. Its pretty gross. The current staff there have the personality of a cardboard cut out. If friendly is your thing then this place is not it. (i lie there is actually one person there, its the lady who does all the cleaning, she is really nice and the only one i have ever seen cleaning) That is the other concerning thing, the equipment is not clean, very dusty and they rely heavily on the patrons to clean the equipment for them. The personal trainer believes she owns the whole floor, when she has a client she space hogs, pushes in on other peoples workouts and has no respect for personal space. She has not learned to ask if its ok to train her client in you space yet, maybe one day she will find the manners. The gym size and equipment offered compared to price is not a great deal. There are many gyms in the area that offer more equipment and more space for less $$$. At best this gym is worth $10 a week. If you are looking for a gym i would suggest you try a few others in the area before settling. If you have to use this gym because there is no other choice then go for it. Last point, most of these reviews on here are fake, the owner has also paused and removed all reviews on Facebook. Just food for thought, hope this helps. Hi Ash, just in response to your reply. Fantastic experience: I went to Toowoomba for a weekend trip back in August 2022 to celebrate my husband's birthday. I had planned to train at 5:30am (the only time I get to train after baby) on the day we were leaving, but left my card at home. I contacted the mobile no. on the website to see whether they could lend me a temporary card because there was no way I would feel like training after 2+hrs. drive back home that day. Michelle went above and beyond to not only get me the card, but also to let me be able to train that morning. I highly appreciated her kind gesture - thank you again! As a gym, I am very impressed with Snap Fitness Toowoomba. It's very clean and spaced out. All the equipments there look brand new and there are about 6 squat racks - which gives reassurance that you won't miss out even when the gym is packed with the guys dominating the area (my home gym only has 2 squat racks and gets very busy at certain times, so I always have to rush to get one and it makes me anxious I could only go there at certain times when it's not too busy). What impresses me the most is the crèche - WHY can't all gym have this service so all the mums can actually go to the gym and get fit? I definitely wouldn't have to train at crazy hours if my home gym had a crèche!

Fantastic experience: Since joining Snap around 2 months ago my motivation to head to the gym has improved so much! The atmosphere and the friendliness of the members is what I have really enjoyed, and I’ve experienced an increase in gym confidence too! Reece has been super helpful, and our PT Charlene has been so knowledgeable also. Highly recommend this gym!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a gym goer for over a decade now and I’ve held memberships to many different gyms during my life and I must admit I was sceptical joining Snap Toowoomba as I was still stuck in this mentality that the bigger the gym the better. But I have found that Snap Toowoomba has everything I need minus the inflated egos that other “big” gyms have. It has all the machines, weights and enough squat racks for what I need, there’s something for every type of gym goer there so it won’t disappoint. However I must admit it’s the other gym goers and staff at Snap Toowoomba that really makes this place, I feel comfortable and welcomed, everyone knows each other and the place offers a complimentary crèche service and my kids absolutely love going to the gym and love the crèche manager Michelle which eases my mum guilt of taking the time to do something for me. The manager Reece and all the amazing PTs who work there are super kind and friendly, you guys and gals are seriously awesome!! thanks for making it such a great environment to train!

Fantastic experience: This gym is the absolute best…Reece and the entire team welcomed my girls and I from the minute we walked in like we were family I’ve set new goals since coming here and just feel awesome, all of the PTs and instructors are professional, knowledgeable, bubbly and friendly…have been recommending Snap Toowoomba to everyone!

The classes are great as well. Everyone that goes there is super friendly and no one passes judgement regardless of where you are at in your fitness journey. Fantastic experience: So I have been coming to snap fitness since March this year, I was really hesitant but it came highly recommended by family so I decided to join. Reece was amazing through the whole sign up process and was very helpful with all the information and recommended a pt instructor that they had on hand to help create a work out plan. After working with Luke the last couple of months I have noticed a huge change in both my health and my confidence. Would definitely recommend!!!

Negative experience: Hi just want to inform all never ever use this gym . They are nothing but using tactics to take money out of your pocket. Will tell you everything so gently while you are getting in , once you are in there policies gets changed . Will never recommend this gym after my personal experience. Have paid around $200 without using the service for 3 months , still have to pay $100 more to close my account . Please go somewhere else then this .
