At Health by Numb3rs we coach our members to live healthy, empowered and fully expressed lives. Happiness is more than a number on a set of scales! You train with a registered exercise professional taking an integrated, holistic approach to your health and fitness, including injury and disease prevention. We believe that education, correct technique and mind-muscle connection is paramount.
Our studio is located at Unit 3, 16-18 Dexter Street, Toowoomba. It’s not like your ‘typical’ gym. The studio is smaller, quieter, inviting, more personal and members are supportive and uplifting.

Fantastic experience: I really enjoy both personal training and the classes. It is welcoming and friendly but at the same time we work hard. I am supported personally to meet my health and fitness goals and feel the program sets me up to improve and succeed. Highly recommend you check it out.
